Wish I could give a negative.. awful experience, save yourself some time, despite prior appointment the person was rude and impatient. He did not even have the courtesy to understand my problem. He had a bad attitude.

Let me start by saying Josh and Derek are AWESOME! After going to the Ledgewood store and them telling me they can practically do nothing for me and not upgrade my phone because they did not want to work, I drove over to the Rockaway store they helped me and I was in and out in 15 minutes no problem at all. Excellent customer service, I recommended 3 friends and family to go over there because of how great of a job they did! After leaving the Ledgewood store (Most unprofessional store around) I consider Rockaway the best around.

I am so disappointed in the customer service at this store. I have visited this place 3 times, for the same reason they are charging me a double payment and no one knows why. The last time I went, someone attended to me for a few minutes, and left, he told me that his shift was ending and that someone else would help me, no one showed up, when I asked they told me. We are going to close now. come tomorrow. I was there for more than 1 hour. and no one could help me. It is the worst experience I have had in so many years. I never thought that this company would make my life so complicated and stressful. I have been trying to fix a problem with a charge for 1 month, and no one can do anything.

Extremely Rude, the costumer service is appalling. If you are able to go to a different store, do it. Save yourself the trouble!

Very concerningly poor service at this Verizon store. Nobody there seems actually interested in helping their customers and seemed more interested in getting my father and I out of their store. Our crime? Wanting to buy two phones.I also made the mistake of signing up for an iPad data plan at the store. I was told it was $40 and that’s it. Then my Verizon bill comes back with an additional $87 charge. If you want to get ripped off and/or treated poorly, this is the place to go. You are much better off going to the Verizon store in Best Buy down the street, where the employees actually do their job.Had an amazing experience there and have luckily found my new go-to Verizon store. Thank you Kyle at Best Buy for caring about your customers and helping my father and I leave with two new phones, cases, screen protectors, AND installing the screen protectors free of charge. That is the experience I would hope for and expect moving forward.

They don’t deserve not even one star if you feel like wasting your time that’s the place to go to. If you’re in the area you’re better off going to Verizon and Denville on route 10 or the one at Hanover great people and very professional they will help you all the way and not rush you out. I was in the store two hours to be told that they’re closing and they’re not able to trade in my information to one phone to the other. They sent me across the street to the Apple store. Remind you they were the ones taking their time and cost me two hoursThe manager is good for nothing. All he wanted to do was close up the store rushed his worker. His worker made a mistake and asked me to come back tomorrow to get my trading box which I didn’t. I don’t even wanna step foot in the store ever ever again Very unprofessional.

My mom and I were lucky enough to have Erwin assist us. He did an awesome job and was very informative. He was personable and spoke to us of all of the deals and options for a new phone! If you go to this location, ask for Erwin!

Went to the store to trade in and switch carriers. Everything with the plan and trade in went fine, however the sales rep told us that all accessories were 30% off and that the screen protectors we got were $39.99…. i then received my emailed receipt hours later and was charged $59.99 for the screen protectors and he did not give the 30% off discount! This meant a difference of $93 to my total accessory bill…. Very upset that they stole $93 from and now I have to take more time to go back to the store tomorrow to sort it out!UPDATE: went back to the store today and spoke to the salesman that over charged us. He was so nonchalant about it and admitted to knowing that he over charged us! He told us that the $39 screen protectors that we wanted weren’t in stock so he gave us the $59 ones without telling us of the change or difference in price and just charged us for them! He also said he did not give us the 30% off but that since we came in to talk to him about it he would credit it and the price discrepancy of the protectors to our account later that day. After we left we got a message saying he credited back the 30% discount we should have gotten, but not the difference for the protectors…. I had to reach out to him AGAIN about the discrepancy and he said he would ask his manager tomorrow….. it was a very strange encounter and very disturbing his attitude that he knew he over charged us on purposed, like he does this all the time to customers, and that he was doing us a favor by crediting us back the amount he actually STOLE from us! If I do not receive the rest of my money back like he promised I will be reporting him and the company and disputing this on my credit card! Buyers beware!

would rate a 0 if I could !!!horrible service, went to trade in my phone and got ripped off the screen protector. (The apple screen protector is cheaper but the person attending us kept referring it as “garbage”) this was the first red flag, I wish I listened to it. They just handed me the phone and expected me to just go on home without any additional assistance such as guiding us on how to set it up. at some point I returned to the store to see if they could take off my screen protector because I found a better deal but the manager had such an arrogance to help me out. I simply asked if I can take it off but the manager was getting upset and was saying how their product was the best compared to the “garbage” of apple. A look of concern crossed my face due to the unprofessional behavior I witnessed. he then was mocking me and began talking Spanish as if I didn’t know what he was talking about. (I am bilingual). the manager kept on getting upset and simply turned away from the conversation leaving me dumbfounded.

Not good place I don't know what happened but every one seen to be tire maybe because it was 330pm or so but it's like they don't want to sell or be bothered I saw several people there that they work and no one ask if I need help I wait more than 5 minutes till a guy ask me if I need something after everyone was chilling in and out from back door . Idk if it's me but I feel they should be more attentive if tou don't like what do don't do it.I'm going to try second time different day see what happens
