I ordered a new phone online, but the email Terms & Conditions link was not working. Tech support said I should go into the store and complete it in person there. When I got to the store and mentioned this, the rep I spoke to said "Oh we definitely can't do that. You have to do it online." Despite me explaining that Verizon tech support told me to do this, showing the texts about it, suggesting he talk to tech support about it... he continued to argue with me. I asked what I should do and got nothing but a continued condescending "We can't do that". I could not call tech support myself, as my phone was crashing every 20 seconds (thus the new phone). After glaring at me and repeating himself multiple times, the rep disappeared into a back room and never came back. My husband found out afterwards from tech support that we could have done the whole process in-store--including ordering the phone the day before when we were in looking (they told us we had to do it online). I'm not sure if the issue is bad communication, bad training, or what, but I definitely will not be returning to this store.

Couldn't help me at the store level after I drove all the way to the corporate store.They gave me the number, so I had to call verizon.

Disappointingly long wait time to return a device that was shipped due to Verizon's mistake. Already inconvenient enough that I have to come in but waiting 30 minutes to return something is ridiculous. Not even that many other people in the store today.
Some old guy was grumpy and not helpful but manager Derick was able to help direct me. Apparently not every Verizon place takes Verizon equipment. If you have Fios don't waste your time here

Honestly horrible experience. Went in all the staff around one table. Asked a question barely got an answer. Then I was looking around and waiting for someone to approach me to see if I needed help or what I was looking for, literally nothing. It was just weird vibes and the staff in their own world, very rude, left since it seem no one cared.

Manager refuses to take equipment back insisting that they cannot handle any Fios related accounts. This is corporate Verizon store and Verizon customer service assured me any corporate Verizon store can take equipment. This is the 3rd Verizon store that refused to take back equipment and previous store had assured me THIS is the store to bring equipment back to.

Not sure what the deal was, but an assistant had an attitude issue today. He's supposed to be in customer services but he's not. "It's not what you say, but how you say it."
He made it uncomfortable for me to continue at the store attended by him. I decided to leave and went to an ATT store.
Perhaps pay them better or train them on the importance of customer service experience retention.

Wish I could give a negative.. awful experience, save yourself some time, despite prior appointment the person was rude and impatient. He did not even have the courtesy to understand my problem. He had a bad attitude.

Let me start by saying Josh and Derek are AWESOME! After going to the Ledgewood store and them telling me they can practically do nothing for me and not upgrade my phone because they did not want to work, I drove over to the Rockaway store they helped me and I was in and out in 15 minutes no problem at all. Excellent customer service, I recommended 3 friends and family to go over there because of how great of a job they did! After leaving the Ledgewood store (Most unprofessional store around) I consider Rockaway the best around.
