The customer service is laughable at this store.I've been here a few times and have primarily interacted with an employee who looks young-ish, has brown hair, mentioned about being a manager, and is usually at the first service desk. Dude is obviously miserable with his life and/or job. A bad look that's really embarrassing on his end.Management obviously doesn't care about customer service, as their responses spanning back for over a year have promised to improve and it's clear their mouths are writing checks they aren't interested in cashing.You're hearing impaired? Tired? Guess what buddy, we all have our issues and still manage to not act like jerks. It's a bad look, tighten up man. ??

As a first time customer.not a good experience.had shipped a battery for a e bike it never arrived.and was not contacted by the store had to call ups customer service. found out that the battery was lost .then told that the battery cout fire. Was told by the store Maneger that Wer not going to pay for the damaged battery even dowUps send me a payment claims form

Every time I'm in there for something employees seem to hate their job! They are rude and dismissive. I've let it slide a few times because I figure we all have bad days! However, I feel the need to rate this place based on todays visit and of my regular visits! Would have given it 0 stars if possible!

Label machine was "shut down 15 minutes" prior to me entering the store. A simple return, just needed label printed out. Store closes at 6:30. I got there at 6:16. I could be wrong but I think labels are an important feature with UPS. Staples was more pleasant & more helpful. No big deal. I won't waste anyone else's time at UPS again.

I have gone several times to return Amazon packages to this location and every time I have had bad customer service from the same person.Today, one of the employees was processing the return, very nicely, and he came in to do the work for her, treated her horribly and myself as well. It’s like he hates for you to take longer than 10 seconds to do the return.I had several items and they all had different labels, and I had to buy boxes and envelopes for them, so I was making sure I didn’t get them mixed up, but he started yelling at me to hand everything. In his hurry, he missed scanning one of the packages. Fortunately, I checked the receipts and noticed and was able to go back.He’s not just rude, he yells at the employees and customers (it happened in a previous encounter as well, not just today).From what I was able to find out, he is the owner of the store, which makes it even worse, seeing as he’s giving the whole UPS franchise a bad name.I will not be returning to this store and neither will the people who have been with me during the previous encounters, but I do think it’s important this be noted so that something can be done, because I know I’m not the only person who has this issue.In response to the owner: You started yelling way before that happened and a hearing impairment doesn’t influence a person’s attitude, so this just sounds like an excuse you keep repeating to all the bad reviews.I was trying to step to the side to let the other person go, while I got the packages in order, since there were several and they all had different shipping labels. Had you let me do that instead of gone on to yell at me to hand everything over so you could pack it yourself, everything would’ve been okay and there wouldn’t have been a mix up with the return. The speed of the service and “hearing impairment” shouldn’t affect the respect you show your customers and employees.Also, there was no “line to the door”, there was 1 person behind me and she arrived after your yelling began.

I could not ask for more helpful folks then at the Rockaway, NJ location on route 46.. They are courteous, engaged and sensitive to the fact that I am 76 and not very savvy with technology. They have always gone above and beyond to be helpful and I am so grateful. Not an easy job running a busy store, but they seem to take everything in stride and I have never had a problem with my items being returned to the right vendor.

The people who work here are exceptionally rude. I'm not expecting them to be my best friend, but man every time I go in I feel like I'm getting yelled at for taking more than one second to pull up my code.

I went to get an i9 re-verification done and the experience was fast and painless. Was helped fast and environment was friendly for me. Don't let the other reviews steer you away because you might find it to be fine.

This place is just miserable, the workers that is. Is it the work environment? Regardless, they are unhappy and it clearly shows as soon as you walk through the door. It's like you're inconveniencing them. They are not helpful or cordial at all. I haven't been here for over a year, now I remember why I stopped going to this specific location.

My package was lost at the store I couldn’t trust them with my package but they wanted my debit card for refund! Not happening not using them ever again

I like this store, I usually don’t have to speak to anyone, it’s pretty fast to give package them scan and give me a copy of proof of return. Copier always has paper and ink so I haven’t had any issues at all.

Not surprised with all the reviews. This just shows how poor this store is consistently. This store should be closed or management should be changed. They can defend with all reasons they want, but how can you go wrong numerous times? How many reason can you give? C'mon. It is very clear what is wrong with this store. I could actually understand why another UPS store from a nearby location has placed an advertisement very near to this store on 46.

Very unfriendly and unprofessional from the older guy that runs the store. I asked few questions and just stood quiet like not wanting to help, this is not the first time. In the past he has told me they were not going to help because they’re closing even tho there was still 25 minutes to closing! The younger guy is the only okay experience I had there.

We had a great experience at this UPS location. We had an issue and needed a paper cutter. The Manager was very nice and let us use his paper cutter no questions asked. Truly appreciate his generosity.PB

I go there for my business, not to make new friends or buddies. They do it fast and to the point. I dont go to the store for someone to be friendly, simply to send my package fast and efficiently. I cant care less of how friendly or not friendly they are.
