After calling ahead to make sure the notary was there. I came to the store for the notary services. The document required the signature of 3 people. The 3 male representatives seemed flustered that the 3 of us were there at once. They were incredibly rude to all of us as well as other customers while I was there waiting to be served. Also worth mentioning that the store had a smell of bad body odor and dude stink.

Not sure how this store has managed to stay open. The owner of this store is rude, abrupt and treats his employees with no respect.

Even though they are rated lower, I highly recommend this UPS location due to my consistently problem-free experience. Be cautious of highly rated UPS stores, as my negative experience with an unnamed nearby store (which threatened to sue me if i didn't delete my review) has made me skeptical. I'd rather come here honestly

maybe cause I am from NYC I don't appreciate people who sugarcoat their true feelings and are phonies. say what u mean, mean what you say. these guys have rolled their eyes at some odd shaped things I asked them to pack. they've also rolled their eyes at some tiny silly things that I easily coulda packed myself. but I don't care to. what I do care to experience is true human emotions, life isn't an endless meet & greet with the fake cheery Walmart greeters. Ef them, they're the ones that make me feel uncomfortable.
what you get in return from this UPS store is great service - every ebay buyer I've had gushes over the excellent packaging in my reviews.
and honesty. like when they told me i was nuts for wanting a bigger mailbox. why spend the extra money when my packages are just gonna be behind the counter anyway? these are ace guys and I always appreciate my efficient in and out time there.
give them raises!

Went to return a few packages. Joe was extremely nasty and impatient. He didn’t greet me at all, just kept asking “are you done” like do I have another package. It was only three returns. He needs to be retrained on customer service.

I found that you just have to give them a chance. I was having some trouble and they were very busy. I waited a minute and they fixed my problem and hooked me up with everything i needed. It was great what a good place, they made my day. Give them a chance you will be happy you did. They have everything you could need for shipping and they even do notary with out an appointment on the spot. It's a great place.

They charge 30 cents to print something on their printer but if it is a UPS label you are printing they charge $2.00. You have got to be kidding me, what's the difference??

First of all this location smells so musty. I guess no one is wearing deodorant. Secondly, I went in to get something notarized and the notary put lines all over the document. My insurance company refused to take it saying that the lines shouldn't have been made on a notarized document and that is notary 101. Such a inconvenience to have to get this redone and sent to the insurance again which delayed the entire process. I see why this location has terrible reviews.

I've gone there a few times for the notary and have been satisfied with their service, they have always been fast and efficient with Amazon returns as well. They are all business and isn't that the way it should be.

The nastiest old man works at this location. I had to come to get fingerprinted and he held my hand so aggressively, telling me to relax - how can I relax when you have a death grip and give no directions as to what I was supposed to be doing? I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment so I wasn’t rushing him and the store was completely empty the entire time I was there (maybe 2 customers came in of which another associate was there to assist with).
It’s such a shame that a nasty, crotchety, old man is the face of that store because I love UPS otherwise, just not this particular gentleman’s customer service.

This is one of the worst customer friendly place in the entire US. Unfortunately Amazon has tied with them and that's nearest to my place they are so rude everytime.. Also this is the place they have fieldprint.. whenever I go they treat you so low.. Amazon , UPS and fieldprint consider talking to them , i will go ahead and put the same in the Twitter as well for Amazon , UPS and Fieldprint.
