Piece of advice if you’re going for a Verizon fix make sure you get there before 5 pm even though they close at seven even though Verizon gave me a 530 appointment when I got there. The tech told me to come back the next day at 10 AM and was very happily to help me.

Made a 10 an appointment. Got there at 10 am. Waited till 10:30 store did not open. Called the store no answer. Called customer service and the very nice customer service representative tried to contact the location but of course got no answer. She said she was going to reach out to someone to help me and hung up. Called back and the next service representative said he was going to transfer me to the store. I told him that would not help in which he told me to wait or go somewhere else. I would definitely call them to make sure they are open before going there.

Story time: I accidentally smashed my phone screen in the early afternoon and my phone was unusable. This was terrible timing for me, as I had a business trip the next day where accessing my phone would be pivotal.I called uBreakFix and they took in my phone immediately (I drove in and dropped it off, no wait time or appointment required). The staff were super kind and helpful, and the pricing they offered was far more affordable than I'd expected. It took them less than two hours to fix my phone, and when I picked it up (same day) it was fully functional and working like new.I'm very thankful for the staff for their high quality of service, ability to take on a sudden request, and their same-day response. I would fully recommend this service for anyone else in need of a phone repair!

It’s a cash grab opportunity. Charge you the highest amount for the cheapest materials and parts, charge you for professional service when honestly, if you have the slightest tech knowledge you can do it all yourself.They lied about the price to my father when he went to pick it up, made up a whole lie about him yelling at them and not letting the workers speak, when it was the opposite and multiple witnesses confirmed it. I promise NO tech is worth that disrespectThe fixed my screen, now the keys won’t work, and apparently I have to pay to replace the entire bottom half now which ISNT covered under the warranty??Don’t bring your electronics here. Learn from my experience!
