“Jeff provided exceptional customer service and communication. Reserved a Tesla. The afternoon prior to rental Jeff kindly called me to see if not having one would be an issue, in the event the Tesla was not returned as expected. He offered a Hybrid or other premium vehicle. He seemed willing to do whatever was necessary to obtain a Tesla if it was an issue for me. I told him a Hybrid would be fine. To my delight, the Tesla was returned just in time. Great communication and experience. Thanks, Jeff!”

“Distribution Manager at Airgas and we needed one of our trucks tow, but before it could be towed we needed it backed into the one of our loading docks to be offloaded. Chris was the tow truck driver assigned to us and his customer service was absolutely outstanding. He was very efficient and an excellent communicator. Will definitely be using this service in the future when needed. thank you to Chris and the entire staff”

They go above & beyond for you.I used their service about a week ago, accidentally left behind a small wallet with important papers as well as some VERY sentimental pictures. ROSE called me personally to arrange returning it to me. 50 STARS for Rose! This meant so much & she went out of her way to make sure I got it back. “I called 3 uhaul companies in the area and they did not answer their phones. But the gentleman at this location did and was very friendly and helpful! I ordered a 10 ft truck and as we started loading it at home we realized that my stuff would not fit. Called him back and asked if we could switch to a larger truck. He said there was one available and that would be no problem! We switched out the the truck for a 15ft and the move went perfectly! If you are looking in the area for a uhaul I would highly recommend this location! I'm not convinced the ppl that left bad reviews on this location knew what they were talking about- I had a great experience! I'm sure there are many more positive experiences ppl have had but unfortunately most ppl only take time out to complain and the ppl that have good experiences do not tend to bother leaving reviews- again, I highly recommend!”
“My last review was an accident. I was referring to the uhaul co. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO RENT A UHAUL FROM IN THE AREA!!!! Vito called me got back to me several times. Made SURE I had my uhaul for a trip I had already reserved. If you're going to rent a uhaul UHAUL VITO IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!”
