My mom and I went to Tri-State Stone and Tile and Carolina held our hands through the whole process. We were very overwhelmed with all the choices and she spent a lot of time walking us through the options. She is so kind and patient and I would give her 10 stars if I could!!! Highly recommend talking to her when you go there!!

We had such an amazing experience dealing with Tri State Stone & Tile staff. It was an excellent investment purchasing countertop from this company. Superb customer service!!! Daniella, such a great communicator, very knowledgeable within her trade, she seeks creative alternatives/approach which countertop is suitable for our kitchen. She’s always available, enthusiastic, energetic and polite. The installers, Diego & Christian are one of a few staff members who came to my house and did such a great job, quick and efficient. They work hard and on time. Very trustworthy people. These employees are truly the heart of this company. I highly recommend Tri State Stone & Tile!!!!

Daniella and Tri-State did an amazing job on my four countertops, the biggest one was a tough one because they thought they would have to cut it in two, which i did not want. Somehow they were able to keep it one piece and it looks stunning. Daniella was great with keeping me updated and working with me until I felt very comfortable and confident with her wisdom. From ordering to the actual delivery and then follow up with me Daniella and Tri-State workers were first class along with the men who actually delivered my countertops. Full kitchen remodel and couldn’t be happier with Tri-State ‘s part in the process. Daniella assisted to lay out the new kitchen and her eye for detail as well as her designer vision is unmatched. She was patient and so helpful in my choosing just the right granite. Price quoted is what we paid and scheduling, delivery and installation were right on! Granite is beautiful. Would recommend Tri-State and … kudos to them for having such a great staff :)

We purchased a beautiful piece of quartz countertop (looks very similar to marble) for our restaurant almost 5 years ago. The team at Tri-State was very helpful and knowledgeable. Recently, the piece of quartz needed a repair, and the staff were truly incredible. A team was sent to perform the repair the very next day and did an amazing job. I consider it a public service to warn people against this company. I first used them when remodeling my kitchen about 4 years ago. They were the closest to me and I regret not having traveled just a bit further to someone else. I paid a significant amount extra to have a mitered edge to my very large countertop and they messed it up completely. The countertop was white and there was a fine black line where the edge met the countertop. The owner, Bill, is rude and defensive and tried to convince me - without seeing the end product - that I was crazy. When he saw it, he ageeed to fix it but the work was poor quality and the counter still has traces of the black lines. I recently had an outdoor kitchen done and somehow let my contractor talk me to into using Tristate bc it was close and he felt he could get product more quickly through them. In light of supply issues I agreed. I fully regret it. The final cost was 50% higher than what they quoted us in the store (what!? How does that even happen???). They sent over a sloppy template that indicated no seams but the end product had 2 seams in odd places that didn’t line up with the rest of the pattern. Another total disaster by TriState. And another entirely unpleasant experience with the rude owner. This should be zero stars but there is not an option for that.

We just had our master bathroom shower and jacuzzi retailed by Tri-County Tile. In a word, we can't be happier with the work they did. First off, the quote was reasonable. Mike was flexible with dates (we had a medical emergency that postponed our start date) but once we agreed on a start date he was prompt and there were no delays. He really leveraged his experience to our advantage in helping make design decisions too. Overall, a very positive experience, I can't recommend him highly enough.

it started greats and we put down a 50% deposit on a remanent. Had lots of communication back and forth as our bathroom renovation was progressing. As we got closer to scheduling the installation, we fine tuned the pieces we needed. They came to install and presented us with COD invoice for twice the original price. No revised estimate, no verbal notice of any kind. When I said I would pay 75% of the new total and have to discuss why we were not notified of the new price in advance there was silence and only that they were going to take back all the pieces unless we paid in full right then and there , no discussion , would not let me speak to the owner. Buyer beware if you choose this company , very unethical !

To say I’m obsessed with my new counter would be an understatement!They were wonderful to deal with especially the young lady who helped us named Karolina. She is patient, knowledgeable and an absolute asset to this company. From the day we walked in to pick our slab till the day it was installed it was smooth sailing and we were amazed at how quickly it was all done. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Wow, if you're in need of a kitchen or bathroom counter top this place has it all. Such a wide variety of granite, marble, composite, sinks, ect. You'll need at least an hour to see it all, oh, and the staff was amazing.

In renovating our entire kitchen, the easiest and best service we received was from Tri State Stone. The people we worked with, especially Daniella, were exceptional. They were always punctual and the granite installation was done in a matter of weeks. They gave me a piece of granite to take with me so I could match the back splash. The workmanship was outstanding and the end result is beautiful. They were courteous, friendly and always on time. I am so happy that I picked this company and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Tri State Stone for all you did to help finish my kitchen in the best was possible!
