“Where do I begin? I picked up a project 07 Monte Carlo ss that I knew needed a transmission rebuild. Rob was very familiar with the parts that needed to be upgraded in the 4t65e which is prone to failing in these cars and gave me a very fair price on all the work they did. They changed several axles and mounts which all needed to be fixed as well and were very diligent with their work. The result is the car is the car is running like a brand new 07 ss and shifting very smooth in all gears. Puts a huge smile on my face every time I drive it. “I had an issue at that this location, forgetting that in Jersey you cannot pump your own gas I went and initiated service. When the guy came around and redid the transaction I’m guessing too many cancellations at a gas station is a red flag for my bank. The manager on site was professional, poised, and knowledgeable. What he explained to me was verbatim with what my bank prescribed. At times people get attached to there vehicles or we assume that a repair “should” cost what we assume. Don’t let a bad review keep you from doing business.”
