Darren is a very good IPO obedience trainer! I have worked with Darren with my two German Shepherds in the sport of I.P.O and one has a B.H and one that is far less advanced. Darren's love of dogs comes across in everything he does! He is not only very patient and knows to "read" dogs, but has exceptionally good people skills in working with the owner as a coach in guiding the owner along. So there is training the dog and there is training the owner and I think real skill is required to bring a person along and communicate good timing, good motivational obedience methods. He is very fair with his prices and with his time. Overall, I couldn't recommend a more honest, straightforward person to deal with.

I have 3 9-month-old cane Corsi they have been trained by Darren for the past 2 1/2 months approximately they finally come home next Sunday and I can honestly say he did a great job with them they listen they follow commands. Darren is very attentive, really cares for the dogs in his care, returns text messages, emails and calls once he's available because he's very busy. He is an awesome trainer and has the awards to back it up don't trust anyone else with your Fur babies, Darren is the go to man!

We have an 18 month old yellow lab that was not following commands specially on leash. We couldn't take him for walks because he was pulling so much and because of his strength it was just unbearable walking him. He would also bark at people and dogs. So for months we didn't take him anywhere :( We had tried other trainers but no luck. Then I found Darren through Thumbtack and checked out his website and then we spoke on the phone and he explained what he does to help dogs like mine and he really knows what he is talking about. Darren took our dog in and he stayed with him for 3 weeks. He kept us informed about Lucky's progress which was nice. We just picked Lucky up after 3 weeks and I have to say we are so happy with the results!! Our dog had aggression issues, walking on leash, listening to commands and not your usually lab- he is also super strong and walking was so bad but now he is a DReAM! Darren really helped us and we couldn't be more happy! He really was the answer to our problem and we know that without his help our dog wouldn't have gotten better. I highly recommend Darren, he knows about dogs, and most important on how to deal with big dogs with issues. He does a great job at training dogs and also goes out of his way to make sure the owners also get the right training along with the dog so after the boarding the owners keep up with the training he did so that the training can continue at home. We are soooo happy! It's like a miracle!;) Thanks Darren!

I googled protective traning for pitbulls and title shot kennels showed up. Darren was quick to answer my email and call. I told him that Rex was not doing good. He was people aggressive and dog aggressive. He told me to come in the next day and I made the 45 minute drive. Well worth it. 3 months later and a lot of dedication Rex is becoming a superstar. He listens to commands and 100% better around people. We plan to have him get his obedience certifications and more. If you need help with your dog Darren is your guy. He will be 100% honest with you. He loves the dogs and won't stiff you with unreasonable fees. Thank you brother

Before we found Title Shot I was starting to panic that we would not be able to go on our honeymoon because no kennels in the tri-state area would accept our 130 lb rottie we recused who has some "issues.†The owner, Darren, is fearless and a very strong dog trainer who took control of our dominant dog which, in turn, earned his respect and submission. People who have poodles and labs can go to any kennel they want. It was 10x harder for us to constantly hear about his size and breed being a problem. I cherish this place, Darren is a life saver!!

This is a great kennel I've been using for about ten years, and Darren who runs it, is wonderful with dogs. I have my own dogs and my rescues that I bring to him to hlep me with their issues, and he is so effective - he's great at analyzing their issues and training me, and helping the dogs so that in the end, the behavior is corrected. All my dogs love him. I've watched him train, he is a true professional, he is great with the dogs, and they want to work for him - so he gets results. Can't recommend him highly enough.

This is an excellent kennel for training and boarding as well as pet-sitting. I have been using them for years, and have full faith and trust in the loving care that my dogs get here! I get updates from the owner while I'm on vacation, and he's also wonderful taking care of puppies. I have had many pet-sitters and kennels in my 40 years of owning dogs, but this is the most reliable kennel I've ever used for these services.

Do not take your dog here unless you want it tortured,neglected and abused. Unfortunately yelp requires a rating so I have to give it one star otherwise it would be getting none.
