Ive worked in the restaurant business for many years so I can understand how overwhelming it can be working with customer service and keeping up with the store and especially at a busy location. But I have to say that there should be someone consistently making sure this store is always clean. The floors and filthy, clothes all over the floor. Shoes, shopping carts are full of garbage.

Went to the store yesterday and it’s getting worse than it already was! The trash outside was filled to the fullest, even leaking dirty water from all the trash, store is always such a mess, nothing is ever organized or put together which is not new but the filthiness out side the store was the cherry on top! I really wished I had another target to go to because every time I go to this target is the same thing!!

I am in this store almost every day. Either as a customer or as a personal shopper. The majority of employees are super sweet and helpful! I am very appreciative of Skylar and Luke just to name a few! There are a ton more associates that have been super helpful that I unfortunately just don’t know all the names of! Thank you!

Target is what it is: a discount department store with a fairly large food selection plus various other departments. Some items are good buys, some are kind of cheesy. It's worth a trip, but be prepared to wait in line at check out unless you get lucky.

This target location isn't bad but the worst part is getting hounded by the annoying cell phone employees who just continue to bother you even when you say that you aren't interested. Absolutely degenerates working there.

They now only allow 10 items or less in self checkout and only have 2 self checkout registers open but also only have 1 or 2 (max) cashiers open at the same time. If they want to do away with self checkout that they forced on us not that long ago than they need to go back to opening all of the registers with cashiers! The other night the lines were so long I just pushed my cart that was full of stuff including milk and frozen items to the side and walked off. If this company is not going to respect my time than I have no respect for their items. I went to shoprite where there were plenty of cashiers and self checkouts open! Target just lost a weekly customer! I also want to note I found a lot of shoprites prices are the same or better!

Rockaway Target customer experience never fails to disappoint. Waited in line for ten minutes. No self check outs open. No manager in sight. Customer service on duty only to handle returns. I have pics of long lines, people lined down the isles, waiting with only two registers open. I've had similar experience at Jersey City Target. Years ago, Target really cared about customer service.

Usually always clean. Sometimes it may be hard to find specific things and things might be unorganized. Great, simple clothing that lasts a few years if not more. Wait time varies when it comes to the lines. Pricing can be cheaper but not terribly unreasonable.

Went to the Rockaway target about 3 weeks ago. My daughter put a nice coat that she was wearing in the wrong cart. When we were about to leave, we realized what happened. The guy at customer service didn't seem like he wanted to be there and reluctantly took my information if anyone found her coat. My mother and I tried calling for days and no one picks up the phone. My mother finally got someone on the phone and the woman who answered described the coat to my mom and said they had it. When my mom drove down the next day, they did not have the coat. The manager told my mom that only managers answer the phones. The coat could not be located. I was just there again last weekend and it is still lost. Doesn't make sense. It seems that someone who works there took the coat. I contacted corporate.

I guess you can’t have the best of both worlds. I was finally able to get most of what I went to the store for for the first time in years. Now they’ve changed the self checked rules so I spent forever trying to leave. Target is not what it used to be.
