Horrible, I was told Friday night5/19/23 that I’d get a iPhone 14 with a first responders discounted bill when I went back on Saturday 5/20/23 they said oops nope sorry can’t do it…… although I did get a first responders discounted service I was told then I couldn’t get an up grade and a new phone cause it had a mark that is nearly none visible caused by the phone case, it’s about principal, one day they say yes next day they say no and pull the old bait and switch! unprofessional time to switch to another carrier!!!!! And the dude who probably is the manger was arrogant as if he was a big shot!!!! Omar was kind professional other guys and that girl unprofessional and rude! Avoid this location at all cost

The staff here was pretty friendly/helpful... they greet you when you get there to acknowledge your presence - no matter how busy they are... the wait times can be super long - maybe because they are short-staffed? And it looks like they only have a couple of computer terminals available for staff to use to help you.... I went 2x recently - unfortunately, they couldn't help me the first time, as I am still a Sprint customer ? The second time was a long wait that I wasn't going to do!

The worst run Tmobile store in history. STAY AWAY FROM BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE LOCATIONS! Nobody can process contracts correctly. LOOK ELSEWHERE!(Update in responce below/2.2023?): I spoke to the manager of the store. The issue has not been solved and no resolution was reached. AVOID ALL TMOBILE STORES IN ROCKAWAY MALL AND ROCKAWAY PLAZA AT ALL COSTS. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

There is a guy that always has a hat and earrings, he is so mean and aggressive when he gives you something, makes T-Mobile look terrible and honestly change your staff no one deserves to be treated like that. I usually don’t give reviews but honestly I hate the service he gives.

I personally recommend retail associate manager Jeff Werner be made a regional manager this man made it happen when nobody else in a literal 100 mile radius could not he did and did it promptly and efficiently

Luis Angel could not upload the data from my phone to a new phone. One and a half hours. Then he informs me of a charge I was not informed of by customer care or by him.Customer care informed him they would cover the charge. Him and asst manager Martinez let me sit at a table for over an hour as they called Manager Testa. They refused to let me talk to him. They told me to come back Thursday. Rude and arrogant even after talking to t-mobile customer care.

I was helped by Mackenzie, she was really helpful and she spent time to go through the rates of all the countries I needed to call to.I was done in about 5minutes, really effective.
