My boyfriend got me a ring and a bracelet from this location along with the warranty for both items. We went back to the store for the ring because some of the crystals had fallen out and they told us that they would call us back in 2 weeks when it was replaced. We went back one month after and Jill took us and was being ridiculously rude. She stated that they had sent an email to my boyfriend saying that the ring had been fixed and he checked his spam and everything and nothing had been sent. After all that happened we looked at the ring and the same crystals were still broken. So on top of all the wait the ring was going to be given to us without even being fixed! We went back today because my bracelet broke and they said that they didn’t replace that no matter if you had the warranty, keep in mind the workers never went over the rules for the warranty so we had no idea. This is such a bad place to buy stuff at, Jill is unbelievably rude and so are the other staff members. If I could rate this a 0 I would.

Don’t ever come to this location. Very unsatisfied experience. Tried to return an item is almost the end of the world. The lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. Have the box and receipt and everything but she claimed because I don’t have a barcode on the back of the box— excuse me, when I purchased it, that’s how it was sold to me. How can I have that? Not my problem. She said she would take it this time but going forward she cannot. Sorry there won’t be any going forward.For the Swarovski team- maybe you should respect your customers and know your own store policy. This is really an unpleasant experience.

Poor customer service. Purchased a necklace with extenders, but Jill forgot to include them. Told me to just come back after I was already arrived home. Mistakes happen ok, but when I made the trip back the next day I was rudely told to wait outside. Barely an apology from anyone on staff.

Bought my mom her mother's day gift here and obsessed. Also my mom went in and bought me a bracelet and ring from here for my birthday and I am just so in love with it! I want to thank Beverlee for being the sweetest lady to help me out and also when my mom showed up there to get my gift when I wasn't with her. So helpful❤

I purchased a bracelet for my wife and after only two weeks of wear the stones started falling out. Upon trying to exchange/refund the item i was told that even though i had the bracelet and full receipt that they would not take it back because i didn't keep the box. THE BOX?! Nevermind that i had the item purchased and full receipt. What a ridiculous rule and pitiable customer service. Will never purchase anything Swarovski again and will make sure to let others know how poorly they treat their customers.

My husband today decided to surprise me for being Valentine's Day, and take me to this store located in the Rockaway mall to see if there was something that I might like to give it to me as a gift. We arrived and from the beginning the attention was the worst from an older Mrs. Berverlee, bitter, I feel discriminated against for being Hispanic, and with an eagerness that we show the money to continue with the attention, simply disappointed in the service and the bad treatment. I NEVER RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE.

Terrible terrible costumer service I came today to the store and lady just slammed the door in my face and told me that I am not allowed inside due to capacity ( she didn’t have to be that rude)When I finally was inside they didn’t want to help with absolutely nothingI am so disappointed of the costumer service that I received today I will never shop there again
