Horrible customer service. Falsely advertised website. Do not order online for in store pickup. Staff inside store seemed very unknowledgeable and unfriendly. Manager was rude and not nice.

I’ve been obsessed with the newer designs! The associates that work here are so friendly and helpful! I absolutely love everything I’ve gotten there!

Poor customer service. Purchased a necklace with extenders, but Jill forgot to include them. Told me to just come back after I was already arrived home. Mistakes happen ok, but when I made the trip back the next day I was rudely told to wait outside. Barely an apology from anyone on staff.
