Very poor customer service, lack of attention to detail. we went in to upgrade our phones for the new I phone 15. the store had a decent amount of traffic but it was adequately staffed, with at least three sales associate available chatting together. however we were asked to give our info to get a call back. they never called back, we returned to follow up and one of the sales associates rudely dismissed us when we went in with the interest to upgrade our devices.Don't go here!

PLEASE READ! If I could give a negative review I would! The promotions they claim to have ARE LIES. If you think your bill is a certain amount ITS NOT. my bill was 150 for 3 lines now I have 2 lines and it’s 172. I have no service ANYWHERE I GO, dropped calls every 3 seconds. I rely on WiFi to even send a text. Now they want to charge me 700 to cancel my plan in order to switch over. I have been on the phone with T-Mobile multiple times in the past few weeks and they credited my account but this month instead of applying the credit they upped my bill to 240 plus the credit and now I am paying 202 every month. IVE ONLY HAD SERVICE FOR 2 months and I only have 2 phones on the account. Whatever you do stay away from T-Mobile! At least with Verizon I had service!

Everyone go see Nunu. I was between Verizon and T-Mobile and ultimately went T-Mobile, not only for the value but the service I received. Much thanks!

Unprofessional & Unacceptable customer service received from team member Luis @ T-Mobile .He is very un-professional.I don’t know how can this kind of persons work in USA.he is very rude and have very bad behavior.And other team member ported in my number without checking phone inventory.Please avoid this store.

Had a awesome experience. Luis was very helpful and professional. He made the transition from Verizon to T mobile very easy. The customer service so far has been excellent. Highly recommend.

I walked into (past 2 smokers right next to the front door, 1 was employee). Into the store. Two employees refused to even great me. I stood there for 5 minutes with absolutely no interaction. Walked out and said to The employee that was standing outside who was still smoking right next to the door oh I. Guess? You guys don't want to cell phones today to which he didn't even respond.

I was in this location today to upgrade a tablet. Luckily I was greeted by Randall. This man is a true professional. I'm also in the service industry, Randall knows how to treat a customer and I left extremely satisfied.

Such an amazing experience here at this location. Randall was a true help and took care of me from begin to end making sure all my information was transfer and online account was setup up to explaining the bill down.
