“This store deserves 10 Stars! Everyone at this location is professional, courteous, helpful and pleasant. I actually go to this location, even though it is is farther from my office because of the staff there. Jaslin, Gerard, Justin, Nav, and Vanley are always ready to help. Mike , the Manager is the best! Unfortunately, sometimes, we the customers, are confused, in a hurry or in a bad mood and we don't treat these associates with the respect they deserve. I have witnessed customer abuse on several occasions to the point that I had to interject on their behalf, yet these people maintained a professional and calm attitude during these moments. Something I could not do nor could many of us in this situation. Thank You to the FEDEX employees at this store for maintaining a positive attitude and representing FEDEX in a way that is admirable!
