Today I had a horrible experience. I went to the pharmacy to get the medicine for my daughter, the woman was very rude to me. I think people to work with the public need to be more educated because they are being paid to serve people well.

It Was horrible experience called Sunday for medicine.I was this afternoon and some body told me is not ready .She told me what name is the medicine.It was not there in the computer.I came 5 hours later ,and another person told me is too early to ask for medicine.this store need the persone work well

Worst customer service all of them are so miserable looks like they don’t wanna do their job and they don’t like what they’re doing and it’s sad because I wasn’t the only customer who has the same opinion I spoke with the manager but sheWe are working on it they don’t even say good morning to you how can I help you along face it’s horrible I’m looking for another pharmacy for my medication

ShopRite of Rockaway needs to do more COVID related for Seniors. Supposedly 6-7 are senior hours only. I was there at 6:15 this morning and there were younger people shopping not following one way isles or social distancing. There was only one register open with 4 people waiting and the register that is supposedly for seniors was closed. Senior hours are done at 7 but they don’t open the deli till 7 so if you have your shopping done and want to be out by 7 you can’t if you need deli. Why can’t they open it at 6:30. They put on a good show but that is all it is. I didn’t see any Managers walking the store to observe what is going on in the store. I have been in other super markets Stop and Shop for instance that take the whole COVID thing very serious

I just arrive at this locations parking lot and I called 3/13/2020 exactly 9:58 a.m. , a lady picked up, I ask if my medication is ready to be picked up she said yes but when I ask how many tablets that would be she said oh I am too busy to check on that. She hang up and I went straight inside I ended up not picking up my meds since I felt the lady was lying, there were no customers at all. I called my Physician’s office told them I am changing Pharmacy.
