“My rate was going up but I also needed to downsize to a smaller unit. I was going to just cancel my account and switch to another facility, but when I called the woman who answered was so helpful and said I can just transfer my account and storage to a new one. I wound up going down that day and with in a half hour, I had a new storage room, and moved my items into the new unit. Laura and Tierney were so helpful, bringing me over to the new unit, processing my paperwork very quickly and allowing me to move from one unit to the other. If I hadn't called I never would have known I could do this. They were both so helpful and courteous, on the phone and in person. Glad I stayed a customer here.”

“Easy in easy out. I was moving in the same day. I’ve already been here a year. 5x5 10x10 and 10x 15 are the sizes I believe. In door and out door units. In door are climate controlled. There is some Rv, boat and vehicle outdoor storage. 6a - 10p access is helpful. Clean even the bathrooms are clean. Big elevators, Flat bed dollies, Boxes, packing tape, packing blankets, and plenty of space to store. My only complaint is I wish the doors to the elevator stayed open longer.”
“I looked into several storage facilities and decided to go with LifeStorange based on both price and location. You can add service to it, as well.The people there are both personable and professional. They were patient in addressing all concerns as well as explaining the 'lay of the land.' I walked out feeling incredibly comfortable and confident. The next day confirmed both as access and function were both as described. Kudos!I would recommend this location to EVERYONE!”
“The Morristown facility is beautiful, convenient, and clean. Each entrance has carts to help you load goods from your vehicle at the various entrances which are like loading bays. The code system is easy and self explanatory, as is the unit set up. You don’t have to engage with staff at all if you don’t want to. I signed my contract online. I took a star off because the reservation process is tedious and they don’t tell you that the day you sign the contract is the day you start being billed. I had to cancel and redo the reservation and it took quite a bit of time. I ended up executing the contract the morning I was moving in and it worked out fine. You can only create a reservation a few days before you need the unit.”
“This was my first experience with a storage unit and Gil at Stowaway has been nothing but friendly and great! I signed up back in 2017 after a divorce left me trying to reduce my whole life into a 10x10 sqft unit. Gil was not only professional but very kind as well during this difficult time. We joked because I said I would only keep the unit for a year and he said "that's what everyone says!" 3 yrs later he was right but I was not disappointed at all. I would have kept the unit too if I didn't move to Passaic county. The facility is clean, well lit, safe and there's always a dolly to use. The hours are more then accommodating and when I needed later access it was made available to me. The prices are fair and there were no unexpected price increases or bait and switches. I have since moved my items to a "Public Storage" in Woodland park and it has been nothing but a nightmare compared to how good stowaway was. I wish I could have stayed, I highly recommend this storage facility!”
“Had an awesome experience with Andrew from the beginning. His customer service was amazing from the night I can in last minute for a storage unit. He helped me out in more ways than I can explain. Jesse is awesome as well, gave me great customer service too. These guys really know how to run a store, and keep it looking too notch. Such an awesome experience that I referred my friend here for storage. I brought my friend here recently, and also dealt with Ted. Ted was the go to guy of the day that day, my friend was in a huge jam that day and we came here last minute. Ted made the day with great service also, and was very tentative with my friend, and very understanding and kind with his situation. Really outstanding gentleman these three, will be back again.”

“In the fall of 2019 I was going to need portable storage units for home items before a move. I thought it would be no big deal to secure storage until I started calling around for prices and services. I called three of the most well known portable storage companies and was horrified to find bad rushed phone customer service with long wait times and or bait and switch pricing with all kinds of fees, which seemed to change every time I called. I didn't even call COWS because I had never heard of them. Having exhausted my list of places to call, I tried COWS. I wish they were the first place I checked! I called and got this really nice, friendly, laid back yet very professional young man on the phone by the name of Carmine (whom I worked with until the end of my storage needs in June of 2020) He told me exactly what services he could provide and EXACTLY what the charges would be for delivery, pick up and monthly rental, which were reasonable and competitive, if not better than the other places I called. The entire time I worked with COWS there were NEVER any billing surprises, they were flexible with their pick up and delivery availability and the items within the units (I rented two) were well protected from the elements. They are very easy to contact by phone or text, and get back to you very promptly if you have any concerns. They were even nice enough to work with me in terms of a payment plan when the crisis hit, greatly impacting my income. I cannot recommend COWS in Whippany highly enough for any portable storage needs.”
