Disappointing experience with a certain employee. I delivered Uber Eats to an employee named Luis, following the exact GPS location. However, he falsely claimed never to have received the order, resulting in me losing my job with Uber. To add insult, he even retracted the tip. Unprofessional and hurtful behavior.

I used their mobile service, however, it couldnt be fixed and trailer had to be taken to their location. Based on what i found out, they are expensive and they will put as much unnecessary work as possible to inflate the bill. Especially watch for tires.
