Worst store and experience ever so unprofessional and unethical, strongly recommend not to buy gift cards, I purchased a $50 gift card for my mother, for her birthday and when she went to the store to use it, they told her sorry but the gift card is not working and they couldn’t do anything about it, the manager Alexis said that her boss wasn’t answering the phone and it’s nothing they can do about it. They told my mother she have to come another time even I took a screenshot of my bank statement and show it to them that I was charge and they need to take care of it, they still told me it’s nothing that we can do, when I told the manager on the phone that they were so unprofessional and they need to take care of it or I will reach out to the Better business bureau she threw my mothers phone on the counter and walk away. Awful store.

First they took away the changing rooms before covid. The rooms are still there but cannot be used. Now you can't return or exchange, with the tags attached, without a receipt. I was going to spend more than I return but I left without purchasing. Not good especially if a customer is willing to buy more!
