“Shawnt’e was extremely polite and helpful today! She hands down gave my girlfriend the best customer experience to date with the post office. She provided excellent service and possessed the knowledge to make sure our package arrived at the time we needed it to. And at the best possible price. We were quoted as having to spend almost $200, to have the same delivery service done by FedEx. We spent nowhere near that, and our package is expected to be there exactly when we want it to. “The reviews of this USPS are antiquated. As someone who values time, I must say that this post office has provided consistently excellent service and I have tried (2x at each USPS) 80% of the USPS locations in the neighboring 10 mile radius. Eric was efficient, friendly & patient, and overall the employees were thorough in their explanations and timely in execution of their duties. This is the only USPS near Dover, Mine Hill, Wharton, or Randolph as far as I'm concerned. 5/5”

“We had a great experience here getting passports for a family of 5. Teddy was the clerk who helped us and she was super pleasant and made a depressingly expensive trip to Morristown as fun as could be! She knew what she was doing and we had some laughs along the way. Only issue is the camera isn't working there so bring your photos! USPS needs to update their system to reflect this change until the camera is fixed.”
“Looking at other reviews, I have to wonder what's going on with those reviewers and this post office. We're there every day to pick up mail for our business and to drop off mail to get sent out. We go at different times and while it's crowded sometimes, like every business is at one point or another, as soon as people wait a minute or two, if there's only one clerk, at least one other person comes out to help. The clerks are fast and efficient and certainly polite. The place is very clean and we never have trouble picking up Priority supplies if we run short from what we order (for free) directly from USPS. No, the postal service doesn't provide packing tape - when have they ever? Also, someone wrote that there's 'no one to complain to', but USPS has feedback online, so that's not true. USPS does a lot for our business and they're cheap, fast and reliable. I can't imagine needing more than that. Maybe mimosas?”
