David helped me sign up for the membership. He explained everything and gave me all the info i needed. I had some questions and concerns, and he answered everything and came up with a solution for my concern. I was 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend the Rockaway Planet Fitness to others.

The Rockaway New Jersey Planet Fitness is very nice! The people there are very nice at the counter! Especially the manager and the girl that works on the night shift! The place is clean! The men’s bathroom could be a little better but other than that it’s a pretty solid gym!

I had decided to go on to have a look at the gym to decide if I wanted to dedicate to take the leap! I was uncertain I could actually commit to becoming a better me. I walked in and experienced the most positive, sweet kind woman. And her name just fit. Her name was Faithe. She talked to me and helped me to change my life. Whether I will stick to this, I am positive I will, faithe was the angel that helped me not change that day, but she changed my outlook and helped me up when I couldn’t do it myself. You have a true treasure there planet fitness! I will be back

Disgusting dirty bathrooms. Showers impossible to take a shower very dirty. Bathrooms Have been dirty for a few days already. Not toilet paper.

I had a good workout here on a weekend. They need an upgrade or some change to make this place more fun. Everyone was busy doing their thing and I saw some great builds here. Machines and weights were really worn out but very functional. I have no complains but I just think that this place need a little tlc.

At first, the environment was friendly. I took my younger son and waited in the lobby as my older son worked . We have NOT been a bother at all. The previous manager didn’t have a problem. Suddenly this new manager has a problem with me sitting in the lobby with my younger son.

Planet Fitness’s assisted weights with the wires are much better than any other gym in order to help correct your form. This gym is huge and for the price you pay it’s a pretty good deal.. There’s plenty of options for machines here and the new setup is phenomenal.. The place is very clean and the staff is what makes this place.. I’m pretty much friends with everyone here. And I met them here.. not just great customer service, but great people. Special mention to Faithe, Montana, Liz, Russ, and Owen. GOAT staff for a gym.

I went on Friday to do my exercise routine like every day at Planet Fitness in Rockaway and this time when I scanned my QR as a guest because my husband passed his black card membership, I couldn't enter and a girl I had never seen attended to and I had a pedantic and not kind attitude towards me, she told me that I could not enter if the person with the membership was not there and I felt racism on her part because of her treatment of me, many times I had already entered without my husband and there was never a problem! and she just wanted me to sign up for a new membership, I called my husband to ask him what was going on and what the girl was telling me to do and she told me NOT to do it because she was wanting to make me pay for a new membership to sign up for! She is the second person I see there from her team with a bad attitude and treatment towards her clients!!! and I wasn't the only one who received bad service, because I witnessed more annoyance with other customers!! You should care about customer service and improve it!!!
