Blonde employee audibly scoffed at me for browsing the merchandise while she was (unknowingly to me) bringing over more clothing to one of the displays. If customers shopping upsets you, maybe it’s time for a career change? Extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. A polite “excuse me” would have sufficed.

I went to pacsun today to return an item at around 4 pm. I had everything with me (receipt, unused item). As soon as I entered the store this older african american gentlemen working there who was extremely rude. He kept yelling at me and was extremely passive aggressive for no reason. He couldn’t even greet me properly and was giving me attitude for not taking the item I was returning out of the bag. He was yelling at me and was extremely rude and he was visibly upset with me for no reason. He was talking to me as if I was a child and he was huffing and rolling his eyes when I was inserting my card. I have never had such a horrible encounter with an employee. I was genuinely taken aback. He had no reason to be upset with me. I don’t know how someone can be so rude to strangers especially on the job. Extremely disappointed.

That 50 year old worker was very very nasty. The younger people are better. She needs to be gotten rid of.

My experience was horrible, racist lady working, I a black woman with 3 Hispanic girls and a black guy, was judged, the lady was rude, and was over checking us as if we were going to steel on stereotypical way. Very disappointed that society is like this still! I go through enough racism Enough and now I can’t even go shopping with my friends. (White lady with blonde hair) and you know i know she was doing her job but she wasn’t like that with the other people in the store. Once again never coming back

They are so rude. Made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed for just trying a zip up sweater in front of a mirror instead of the dressing room.

I’m shocked at how rude almost the entire staff is here. The way they treat their customers is unacceptable. No greetings or “have a nice day”, they act so bothered when asked for help, and they are very passive aggressive instead of communicating with customers and each other. I love pacsun yet I feel so uncomfortable every time I walk into the store. I’m not sure why nothing has been done about this considering it’s been like this for years. I’m not one to leave a negative review on any page, but I feel very strongly about this and don’t believe it should be brushed over like it has been.

Unfriendly staff, I did not fee welcome in the store. I felt like I was bothering the guy when I went to get rung up. I did not want the silly rewards account but he rudely forced it on me, it felt like he wasn't going to process the transaction until I agreed. Won't be back to this location. Needs new management.

The people who work here are miserable. Totally ruins the shopping experience as each time you try to ask a question it feels like you’re bothering them. I am totally appalled by how I am treated as a customer repeatedly, EVERY TIME I GO INTO THE STORE. As someone who has worked in retail, it is not hard to be respectful. Disappointing considering pacsun’s clothes are so cute. I won’t be shopping here until there is a change in management.

The manager the Blonde women was the rudest person in the store and so not helpful and very mean and confrontational.My wife and my daughter tried to return a tee shirt that was purchased for $25 dollars but the price only came up as $10 and wouldn’t return the refund. My wife got so upset by her. When she was able to get store credit she want to pay for a tee shirt that indicated buy one get two free she manage would not ring up the items and said she would have to pay more then the store credit. So my wife said then take the other two shirts back.When I found out what my daughter and wife went through I went back to the store and tried to return the shirt they just exchanged and they register didn’t allow me to return the item.Besides being rude I believe there is aiming fishy going on where she is taking funds out on these miss handled returns and exchanges. There seems to be too many issues where this is occurring for this ti be normal. I will be reporting the manager to the district manager to investigate the situation and her behavior.

one of the employees, trinity, is the nicest girl ever. always makes me feel welcome unlike their manager. i think her name is Liz, she’s blonde and extremely nasty. i feel bad for the employees as they are so kind and she’s so not.

I've never had a good experience at this specific Pacsun. The cashiers are nice, however the managers have been nothing but rude. They continuously talk back to customers. You're better off ordering online!!!

LMAO can y’all please fire your staff and get new ones. Seriously though it takes more work to be rude than nice. I really don’t understand why no one has done anything about the staff considering they’ve always been rude. Sit down.
