Our hamster was experiencing hair loss, and Dr. Katara was kind enough to see us and treat our little guy. Dr. Katara was extremely patient, took the time to listen to our concerns, and was helpful in supporting our hamster. I highly recommend MountainView Veterinary Hospital.

Thank you mountainview for 12 years of love to my baby tequila . I can’t say enough good things or thank every single person enough for the love she felt and care she received throughout her life. Since day one as a puppy dr. Boggier saw her and loved her til her last day. The days are hard without her but the love she received I’ll always remember. Thank you Dr. Schneider for the love and amazing care for both Jill and Jenny everything you did for them increased their lives tremendously. Losing Jill in March was hard then even harder losing Jenny and tequila not even 24 hours apart. Jenny and tequila grew up together as siblings from babies and they went together as sisters they couldn’t handle being apart from each other :(Thank you to Dr. boggier, Dr. Schneider, Lauren, Danielle, abrille, Nicole, Brianna, Lisa, Jessie, Shannon, and every single person who touched the heart of tequila. Thanks to a lot of love and amazing care from you we were gifted with 8 extra months of love and memories after her cancer diagnosis .All I had to say was tiki were going to see your favorite girls at the vet and her ears perked up and she danced around waiting to go. Tequila was the biggest part of my heart and I’m forever thankful she got to experience such love from her vet.

To be completely honest, we walked out so we didn't even get the chance to experience their profession. I'll explain, and you can make your own judgment based on your own experience. We just had baby kittens from a stray we took in not too long ago, and two of the litter had bad infections in their eyes. We called around for emergency visits and eventually stumbled upon Mountainview. They told me there was a 920am appointment and we had to pay the emergency cost. I told them I'd call back if we could make the cost of the emergency visit work. We eventually decided it was the best option for the kittens and took the spot. We rushed over 30 min away to get there and eventually arrived 10 min late. It was raining and we have never traveled with 10 day old kittens before so it was stressful. We finally get there, and there is one person in the waiting room. I check, I'm, fill out paperwork, and they tell me to sit. I have 2 of my kids with me and my wife. 30 min goes by, and the kids start getting rowdy. We calm them down, and I see people leave, but we remain. Mind you, this was an emergency appointment - we had to pay $220 just to be seen. These Kittens are nursing kittens, and they didn't even take into account they needed to be back with their mama. We kept sitting, and now it's going on 1030a. I went up to the front desk to figure out when we were going to be seen. They said it was an emergency visit, so they couldn't even give me a general idea. They also stayed, and they double booked their emergency visits, so it was even longer. That's when I went outside to start making calls. Eventually, I was able to get a hold of a vet closer to my home, and they could get us in basically by the time we go there. They didn't charge an emergency visit price. They looked at all 4 kittens, and overall, we got the medicine we needed, and the kittens are finally on the mend.Again, I can't rate them off of their service - but their office staff, although nice, created a huge problem for a family in need. My experience rates them a 2. They could have been more upfront, courteous, and professional.

This place is disappointing after going there for years. A year ago today my 15 year old dog Kasey came in for routine shots.Dr. Schneider told me she can get bordetella and distemper at the same time. Then I remembered Kasey gets an allergic reaction so she gave a Benadryl shot and jabbed it in her back. I saw Kasey j*** back. When I was on my way home she started screaming and having what looked like a stroke. I rushed her right back to the vet, she was lifeless and couldn’t stand. We had to put her down. I called Dr. Boggier for weeks after and she never returned my call after years of taking care of Kasey with pancreatitis, bladder cancer, anxiety, etc. I was showed no compassion from her or a call back.I would stay far away from this place. The only reason it has 1 star is because of the vet tech Lauren, who was great and compassionate and stayed by my side.My new puppy will never go there and that’s a shame.

Awesome team of caring professionals at MountainView! They are always very responsive to all questions and concerns whenever I call or email them for advice. I have had only positive experiences with multiple doctors in this office. The assistants are also so knowledgeable and show genuine concern and care for the animals that walk in their hospital. I also feel that the prices are very fair, never felt pressured into spending more than I felt was necessary, and I have even had them advise me on alternatives that would save money on my visits. Excellent office all around!

If I could give a zero I would! Bella has been a patient since we rescued her approximately 10 year ago. However, when she really needed them, they were “too booked” to see her, turning her away without even an assessment or basic life support services like an IV of fluids. Gave me a flyer for someplace else and wished us luck. Would never go back and if you care about your non-human family member, find somewhere else now before your situation is critical.

When you love your pet so much you are willing to drive an hour to see a Vet you know you can trust. My old vet washed their hands of my two and a half year old Lola and said there is not much left to do but surgery. Dr. Elizabeth Boggier has already proven to be the most knowledgeable, compassionate Vet I have met with a bedside manner like none other. She has offered options to treat Lola and for now it seems to be working. What a fantastic experience from such a professional, courteous staff. Thank you for treating my baby girl.

I’ve really enjoyed taking our cat Remy to this veterinary hospital. I can’t really say if the prices are too expensive compared to other places (as some reviewers have mentioned), but I’ve been pleased with the care, so I haven’t questioned it and assume it’s fair. I usually have to bring our cat to his appts with my two toddlers - I usually brace myself for some displeasure from staff, but it was quite the opposite. I found everyone from the Dr. to the tech to the front desk to be really compassionate and patient with me and my family. I can get anxious when it comes to my kittens and they made sure we were comfortable and to accommodate us when able, which is greatly appreciated. Our cat unfortunately has feline asthma, but I’m grateful this was discovered promptly and that we can begin a treatment plan. I appreciated the time that Dr. Bossier, Danielle, Allison, and especially Jessie (who talked to me for a good 15 mins about a treatment plan for our kitty) gave us. And I certainly appreciate how patient and kind they have been to this mama with her toddlers. Thank you and we look forward to our continued relationship ?

This is the place to take your pets. The doctors are great the staff is great they all make you feel like your family. The will accommodate you whenever possible. The doctors don’t rush the appointments they take their time and make sure you know exactly what is going on with your pet. I am so thankful I chose Mountainview Hospital for the care of my pets .

We recently moved to the area and saw doctors Voigt and Schneider for our two pups. Both are great, as well as the front staff. Lisa M. is also amazing!
