Very pleased with the attention my pup was given here. All of my concerns were addressed and we weren’t rushed one bit. I was so worried bout my dog but I left there feeling very hopefully and with a plan to help him get better. ❤️?
Also a very clean office!

Just wanted to share how wonderful Dr. Boggier and her staff were to me. I took my beloved dog, Roxy, hoping that laser treatments would help her "arthritis". After Dr. Boggier examined her, she suspected it was "Degenerative Myelopathy". Never hearing of this, she sent me an article describing the symptoms all of which described Roxy's issues. After only 1 visit and meeting with us for about 45 minutes and giving her a laser treatment to "try", we took Roxy home. Although there was nothing that could help Roxy, the compassion and caring that we were shown on this journey, we will never forget. Roxy crossed the Rainbow Bridge which we decided was best for her. A week later, we received this beautiful card which was personally written with deepest sympathy and thoughtfulness. Very much appreciated.

We recently visited MountainView Vets where our dog was treated by Dr. Katara after a serious fall down the stairs. He was extremely thorough in performing an exam on our dog and we left feeling relieved and confident that our dog was going to be ok. Thank you Dr. Katara!

Amazing experience! I brought my dog for a 2nd opinion on a dental and alleged fatty mass removal (diagnosis from 1st vet) that needed to be done. I brought my dog in she was examined and the veterinarian aspirated the mass and fatty yuck came out so it was determined it was just fatty. My first vet didn't even do an aspiration she just said it's probably fatty but won't know until we cut her open. My dog and I felt more comfortable a better vibe at Mountainview than our original vet so even though prices were about the same and Mountainview is a good 30min drive for me Mountainview is where she had her procedure. Her mass turned out to be way more serious then any of us anticipated. With this surprise the surgeons at Mountainview fixed her. My original vet said the mass didn't necessarily have to be removed cause sometimes it goes away. The veterinarian at Mountainview suggested we do removal just because of its location and the dog being a small breed could interfere with activity. I'm so happy I chose them they literally saved her life! The staff was very proactive about avoiding infection due to the location of her incisions. They provided me with cleaning solution and how to clean the Incision properly. It was several weeks recovery. We went for our last checkup Monday. She's doing amazing. Runs jumps back to going for long walks started ripping her toys again and eating harder foods (she had 9 teeth extracted) The vet was pleased with her outcome as was I. I have nothing but great things to say about Mountainview and would recommend them to anyone. The staff is amazing and sooooo nice makes you feel so comfortable and they truly care for the animals.

Dr. Boggier and her whole team are incredibly amazing. Of course we expect and receive top level care….but to do that AND do it with compassion and an obvious genuine care for our pet….you don’t see that anymore! Best vet in the area!

i really liked coming here and have been a client for about 2 years now but i will be looking for a new local vet. i pre-paid for a urinalysis and fecal test about 3 months ago but did not realize (and do not recall being told) that i needed to bring the samples within a certain amount of time.. so i show up with urine today while getting my dog’s nails trimmed and now i’m being told that i will have to pay another $90 to have it tested even though i already paid. i understand this is apparently the labs fault but i am extremely upset as this is predatory behavior and i feel like i’ve been stolen from basically. i refused to be charged double for the same test ($180) so i’ve now also wasted my time getting urine for my dog who hopefully has no issues since it won’t be tested. this is horrendous customer service. the very least the vet can do is provide some kind of credit.. i spent over $500 the last time i was here and now over $100 of it was for nothing.

Mountainview Veterinary Hospital is great! Dr. Boggier took the time to listen and explain everything at our visit and was super attentive to our dog. The technicians and front desk are amazing and super helpful, I even received follow up calls. I have never been surprised with a fee as they are upfront with explaining what everything will cost.

Our dogs get great care here. We see Dr. Schneider and Dr. Katara. We trust them completely with our pets. The staff is kind and efficient. Dr. Katara performed surgery that enabled our girl to live longer than expected. Dr. Schneider was very comforting when it came time to say goodbye. Our girl passed peacefully. We are grateful to everyone at MountainView Veterinary Hospital.

My 13-year-old dog was given two vaccinations (Bordatella & Lepto) at an annual visit on a Friday… then they died on a Monday! Dr. Terri Schneider examined and took her blood. I was told her heart murmur (2 out of 6) was steady just as previous years. I explained to the doctor I didn’t want my dog to be given too many vaccines as she had a terrible reaction the last year. The Dr. Schneider said “we will give her some Benadryl to help her tummy and hold off on the Lyme disease vaccine. My dog still lost her appetite over the weekend. She became lethargic and vomited twice. Monday morning, after she vomited a second time, She experienced a syncopal episode. I had to perform CPR. When she came to I took her to an emergency vet hospital in Whippany. More bloodwork & tests there showed that her heart declined to a 5 out of 6. I was told she had Pulmonary Heart Failure and fluid in her lungs. I am convinced it was the Vaccines that caused her breathing problems and her RAPID DECLINE. That Stupid Dr. Schneider killed my dog!! Don’t vaccinate your dog(s)!!! Make sure you ask why a vaccine is necessary,…Oftentimes they are NOT!!! They are just out to make money!!! The worst part was later on that Monday, Dr. Schneider phoned me to say my dog’s bloodwork came back and that I have a perfectly healthy pup! WHAT!!!???
