Didn’t measure my inseam, calves, thighs or anything for that matter. They just eyeballed everything. My pants came out WAY too short and incredibly baggy after TWO alterations…. which forces me to go to an actual tailor to get these pants corrected and fitting correctly. I highly discourage anyone who needs alterations done from shopping here as I feel as though they rushed through the process and were more concerned about selling a suit than taking the time to ensure it fit properly before handing it off to me. This isn’t on the tailor entirely but the salesman who took absolutely no time in measuring ANY part of my body. Not once did I see a tape measure. Truly unprofessional in that regard in my opinion as this is 90% of the job. Never returning here.

The service was Amazing ? , not pushing a sale. I then looked elsewhere and 100% wasted my time. The salesman was friendly clearly over-qualified and didn't need to measure me to know my fit.
(But I already knew my sizes) Exactly what I needed and very great pricing. And super fast coustom work ? ? ?

I have a wedding to attend at the end of this month (March 2024). I walked into Men's Mart just to browse and get an idea of what I wanted to wear as a guest to this wedding. Guillermo R. (Gil) approached me upon entering and instantly measured me and directed me to the sizes and style I preferred. When me and my fiancé were stuck between two options Gil provided logical feedback we overlooked, such as the style more suitable for Texas weather and colors that went well with Easter since the wedding is Easter weekend. He never overstepped and was never pushy, just short thoughtful insight and allowing us to make our decision. He made our trip into the store a short but useful one. I have never had a better experience than the one granted by Gil. Lastly, you really get a bang for your buck here, as prices are much lower than anywhere else I have looked (including Kohl's).
