Today I has a great experience at Lush in the Rockaway mall. Shoutout to Emma and Alia who were working when I came in. They provided above and beyond customer service, and are very kind individuals in general. They helped me put together an amazing arrangement for my girlfriend that I'm sure she'll love, so my thanks to them for that. Their level of knowledge and creativity should be appreciated more. These girls deserve a raise/bonus for doing their work so well, and creating such an enjoyable experience and welcoming atmosphere. Emma and Alia, thank you again!

We just had my daughter’s 10th birthday at LUSH and couldn’t have been more pleased with how amazing it was! Kathy and her team were personable and patient with 11 girls. They kept things moving while making it fun and interesting and best of all, our daughter and her friends said it was the best party ever! Highly recommend for unique party idea!

The owner is an absolute angel. She set aside some viral products for me due to an issue they had when I did it a few weeks ago. I figured she’s just telling me she’ll call me, but nope she did and first thing exactly when she said! She’s super helpful, kind, and has that southern charm! Thank you! ☺️

Fantastic 9th Birthday Party Experience at Lush!
We recently celebrated my daughter’s 9th birthday at Lush, and it was fantastic! The staff made us feel welcome and ensured everything went smoothly. The personalized activities, like making bath bombs, were a huge hit with the kids. Kathy and Amanda were amazing, very communicative and attentive, making sure everything was perfect despite our tight schedule. The kids had a blast, and we received great feedback from everyone. Many of the kids’ friends and even some moms are now interested in hosting their own parties at Lush. Highly recommend!

I visited this location and was assisted by a very knowledgeable associate who helped me with questions about their shampoos and conditioners. She was also incredibly patient (my two and a half year old was not so enthused to be in the store initially), and helped to make the overall experience a much better one

Excellent choices for soaps, lotions, fragrances etc. Naturally made products really work well. Just come here to smell how delicious this place is. Friendly and helpful staff.

Always been a fan of Lush, but this store really stands out from others I’ve been to in the past. The team there is always friendly and eager to help. They create a great space for experiencing new things with their demos and always end up teaching me something. Thanks Lush Rockaway team for being amazing and keeping me smelling fresh!

This place is a Groomer Haven. Keep your kids away from this place. Male employees showing up dressed as Females. Employees with Pink/Blue/Green Hair is common. Employees with Buttons pushing Agends. TV's running Leftist Trans Propanda. A Scary place, that young people should be kept FAR away from.
