I bought some pants from here about 3 weeks ago turned out they didn’t fit. I lost the receipt somehow, but tried to bring them back for store credit. The guy told me that they cannot give me credit because they were switching to “snipes system” therefor cannot give store credit and to come back in a couple weeks. I did, last night... The pants were bought for total of $45, the tried giving me $12 because they were on clearance now… if I didn’t have to come back they wouldn’t be… but even so that’s ridiculous. I was mad but told the lady to give me a gift card for the $12.. “oh we don’t have gift cards” so I had to buy something I didn’t need because I didn’t have a choice with $12 credit (compared to the $45 I spent) Worst of all, My change was $2.48 Then they proceeded to say sorry we don’t have change so I only got $2 back. What is with this company? They’re a complete mess, no working system, no gift cards, no actual change, and NO customer service; they did not work with me at all.. They will cheat you out of your money DO NOT shop here..

Bought a pair of Adidas Gazelle's training shoes. One of the employees, Shadejah helped me. Very nice person. I've never heard of Jimmy Jazz or visited one,but I would reccomend.

Had a red sale sign on white adidas sneakers and went to ring up and came $20 more and didn’t want to honor the price. Also Poot costumer services gave no attention to any of the costumers

Good customer service. It was nice to finally visit the mall. They were very precautious. They took ur temperature b4 you walk in for safety. Felt very comfortable during this pandemic. The variety did seem limited compared to the usual. Good place for a pair of sneakers and alot were at sale price. Go Jimmy Jazz!!!

My wife bought me a 3 pack of polo shirts ended up being to big for me we tried to return the item they refused to help even with an exchange and this was the day after purchase with receipt. manager Jonathan who is a total Buffoon stated package was opened that they do not do returns when opened I never had that before does not state that in return policy been coming to this store since opened won’t be coming back again
