Beautiful store and great service! Just wanted to take some time and directly acknowledge Emma. She was helpful and attentive in assisting me in finding an outfit for a job interview. She gave me recommendations and alternatives when I couldn't find my size in certain pieces, and made me feel seen. I don't know if I got the position, but I felt confident in my appearance which helped with some of the stress. Thank you for an amazing shopping experience. Looking forward to my next trip to this location.

This is my local store that I have shopped at numerous times. The pieces sold here have always came in good condition and the staff does an exceptional job providing assistance with whatever you need. Del specifically has always greeted me with a smile and recommended a few pieces to me that I love wearing. Great store overall

I’ve always loved JCrew products and shopping in Rockaway with Claudia is so special! She shows me all the new product without any pressure and I always walk out with more than I intended!! Everyone there works together and makes it such a friendly environment!

If I could give no stars that's what I would rate the person who assisted me. I bought a sweatshirt while on vacation. Unfortunately the sensor was under the hood and not removed from place of purchase. I removed the sales tag and wore the sweatshirt twice before I noticed the sensor and at this point the receipt was thrown out. I went to my local store. Salesgirl was not helpful and in my opinion rude. Without recept she wouldn't remove the sensor. I found my credit card text from my purchase and went back to store. Upon entering the store I could tell salesgirl was talking about me to the other salespeople. Again she said she couldn't remove it without original receipt and in my opinion was rude again to me. Of course she gave me the false I'm sorry. I am over 60 years old and was treated like a thief. So now the sweatshirt is no good to me or anyone else.

Although it is a smaller store, I can always find great deals! Really amazing over the holidays for the free wrapping! The employees are nice but not overbearing!

I wish I could give 0 stars. My parents went weeks before Christmas and specially ordered my sister a jacket because they didn't have it in stock. They were pleased with their experience at the time because they said the girl helping them was wonderful. Once my sister received her Christmas gift, she wanted to trade in the small for a medium. My mom took the jacket and the receipt to rockaway mall the very next day after Christmas. It was an issue from the start. First, the employee thought he could complete the transaction. He then stated that they didn't have any more sizes in the blue color. So my sister chose a different color, not too thrilled about it but satisfied. He then stated that it was on back order and would be delivered the first week in January. My mom agreed. After some more time, he then stated that he thought he could complete the transaction but turns out he actually can't. My mom needed to return the jacket and repurchase the same exact thing. Fine, my mom didn't care. So she returns the jacket and goes to purchase the SAME exact jacket but was forced to chose a different color because THEY didn't have it--not our choice. My mom again agreed. The employee then stated that the price actually went up from $79 to over $110. So she would be paying more for the same exact jacket that she is simply EXCHANGING. Ridiculous. The employee calls over the "manager" who was extremely rude and dismissive all for us just questioning why the same jacket is suddenly so much more. He states that a different color is more money. Again, ridiculous. I tried explaining to him that we didn't want another color, but we're forced into doing so because of their issue and regardless, that policy is insane. He walked away WHILE I was talking to him. But of course, he has to make some nasty side comments while walking away. For that reason we didn't purchase another jacket from them because of their attitudes and independent attitude and will never be back.
