My friend and I had the best experience today at your store! The three staff members on duty (we only caught two of the three names, Samantha and Ed) were so helpful and friendly, and anticipated all our needs, got us sizes, and were delightful. The place was so clean and tidy. We both left with big smiles on our faces.

The pieces sold here have always came in good condition and the staff does an exceptional job providing assistance with whatever you need. I’ve always loved JCrew products and shopping in Rockaway with Claudia is so special! She shows me all the new product without any pressure and I always walk out with more than I intended!! Everyone there works together and makes it such a friendly environment!
