Things are explained to me and solutions are found. I have been on a Verizon plan my whole life. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen majority of the challenges a family can experience with a phone service over the years. 13 years to be approximate. “Yesterday was the first time in probably 20 years I didn't leave Verizon annoyed lol. I had the BEST customer service experience thanks to Cesar! I told him exactly what I wanted and he got to work to figure out what would be the best phone & plan for my family. He was honest & helpful which made me want to buy the product even more as he wasn't trying to force me to purchase unnecessary items or trick me into something. He stuck to the topic and showed such a high level of professionalism. I left that day with a new phone and an added line all thanks to Cesar! “Disappointingly long wait time to return a device that was shipped due to Verizon's mistake. Already inconvenient enough that I have to come in but waiting 30 minutes to return something is ridiculous. Not even that many other people in the store today.
