I went here to buy a grinder. I was basically talked into buying one of their more expensive grinders when I was originally looking for your basic grinder so I thought I’d give it a try. I Took it home and immediately didn’t like it. It performs in a way I do not like, It leaves big chunks of bud which you have to break up with your finger nails which defeats the purpose. The grinder relies more on pressure than actual smooth grinding. I used it only once so I cleaned it up with alcohol cause it is brand new and went back the next day they were open to ask them to trade it in for one I Do Like, the one i originally went in for. I was told they do not take returns nor trades at all. I believe that is poor business practice especially on a fully metallic item that is not perishable. For this they will no longer get my business and I will let others know to go elsewhere…

This location has no selection of anything, pods, mods, juice, disposable vapes, and anything else you can probably think of.You are better off going to Parsippany as another person suggested in their post. The selection is spot on and the service is superb. Rockaway, eh, well….. ??

I stopped by quickly as I was looking for a vale cartridge holder. I was helped my Matt and from the get go he appeared very informative, patient, and very detailed in his support. He not only acknowledged the other client but he was able to support both is us. Not only did he answer all of our questions, he educated us on vape machines and we picked one up. He just seemed so positive and appeared to be passionate around his knowledge and level of explanation. I left amazed that there is customer service like him still around. Simply amazing. I will be back to pickup more things real soon. Thanks Matt I appreciate your attention to detail, ease of explaining the product and respecting our time. Thank you very much!!

I'm glad I came here to purchase my first vape. Matt was awesome and provided me all of the assistance I needed to get started. Awful store. The employees have a vibe that makes me feel unsafe. The employees were super rude and kept making inappropriate comments about my weight and choice of device.
