i can't believe i just started buying clothes from here! i recently went back to school shopping with my daughter and she bought so many cute clothes! she bought a sweater, 2 pairs of jean shorts, and sweat shorts. they are so cute and i am definitely going to buy more clothes here!

I went in to buy a gift card for a friend. Someone was ahead of me and being helped by a salesperson. There was another salesperson opening packages right next to the counter and did not even look at or acknowledge me. I waited at least 15 minutes while the two sales clerks talked and ignored me until the first customer was done. Then when she rang up the gift card, I asked for a gift receipt and she said I didn't need it and it was too late. Though I asked for the receipt before the transaction was done. She did try and go back and print it and then asked for help. Neither person could do it and they were both rude. I spend at least $1000 or more a year at this store for my daughter. Never again. They are rude and have no idea of what customer satisfaction is.
