I had an awful experience at this store when I tried to return some clothes.
My fiancé got me clothes for my birthday weekend and surprised me also by proposing to me.
Sadly the clothes didn’t fit right, is the reasoning for wanting to return the clothes.
The staff was extremely rude and made the entire process difficult. They acted as if I was a nuisance and questioned the legitimacy of my return in a condescending manner. Their behavior was unprofessional and unkind, making me feel unwelcome.
I expressed to the worker there, my excitement on just getting engaged, and she was extremely rude stating that my diamond was not real, which in fact was.
I will not be shopping here again and strongly advise others to avoid this store.
