Great place , great staff, my pet peeve is seeing all these kids , ( some of them friends with the staff) working out in PJ’s, crocs, Sandals, even working boots , I don’t understand why the dress code it isn’t strictly enforced as it is everywhere else , I too have a membership to esporta and retro fitness, ppl aren’t allowed in these 2 gym unless there are properly dress ( sneakers, shorts, sweat pants and shirts) and it isn’t random , other than that it’s a great place and the service is top notch!!

2 floors of full equipment for any type of workout regiment, friendly and engaged customer service/reception. Tons of regular members, but it never feels too crowded. All the equipment is well kept and for the most part there is very little weight slamming, and people actually are mindful to rerack their weights!

No commitment actually means Commitment. Don't fall into this. I literally called asking to cancel due to an extreme family emergency as my mother is on hospice and i am unable to make it in. I spoke with the manager and they were not willing to work with me and then stated that if I cancel today 3 days after the 10th they will charge me another additional month. I never asked to zero out my balance all i asked was if i can pay and have it stopped as of today and she said no and that i will still be charged for December. (Crazy). I understand it's a business however 3 days after the date and you guys can't even make an exception seems a bit money hungry. I would never revisit this location and they don't even have steam rooms anymore which is the reason I decided to go back. The most insensitive establishment ever.

I love that it is spacious and clean. Even at the busiest time of the day I can find machines and space to workout. Members and Staff are respectful.

I've sent emails and no response. Even posted on their Instagram, no response so here we are!! The showers are absolutely disgusting. The "cleaning lady" literally doesn't clean the showers. She sweeps the floor, pours toilet cleaner down the toilet without wiping the toilet down and sprays some sort of lysol. For what you pay here, CLEAN YOUR NASTY locker rooms! The showers don't have items removed (old shampoo containers, tissues), dirty shower floor, dirty shower doors and mold on the shower heads (photos attached).

Been going here for over 2 years now, great gym. Has an upstairs and downs stairs, heavy dumbbells for those who need them, plenty of squat racks. Can be difficult to get a bench sometimes during peak hours, but plenty of cardio equipment, dumbbells and like a 40 yard turf. Only thing is I wish they had a basketball court, and another pec deck

For starters, this gym censors anybody who leaves them a bad review. They report and delete any negative criticism about their facility on various platforms.This gym used to be the main/most popular gym in the Rockaway area but has severely declined in quality over the years. Machines are constantly breaking and are not repaired for months. A lot of equipment is worn down and not optimal for use (ex: slippery barbells, faulty bar collars, etc). They are a massive facility and don not use their space accordingly. Amenities such as “cinema room” and “women’s only workout room” could be replaced with various better options. Half of this gym is a waste of space. Despite this, I’d still stay the worst thing about this gym is the membership base. This gym is loaded with little high school kids. There have been multiple instances here where my workout was disrupted by little kids running around in groups near me, and all over the gym. This place should rebrand from a gym to a playground for these children.Overall, I think this gym censoring criticism and bad reviews speaks for itself. Not being and appearing transparent to members is not a good look, but they’re doing it for a reason. Go to Topshelf or Iron Culture, don’t waste your time here.
