I feel sad as I write this. ?I'm going to buy shoes for my wife from this store today, but the employees are so lazy that they don't even look at us and greet us. It's a shame, I really feel sorry for such a brand store, the employees working like this are sad, they don't care about anyone, whoever the person in charge is, they should fix this situation first, anyway, the shopping center is far behind in terms of business. I think it would be best not to miss the customers who come.

Ordered a pair of shoes online for my son for Christmas and only received 1 of the shoes. Reached out to corporate which they spoke to the store and they confirmed they had the shoe. It was suppose to be shipped out on the 18th. By the 22nd tracking wasn’t showing. Reached out to corporate again and they provided us with the store number. On the 22nd spoke to Cleveland (manager) who advised corporate never sent them the label. After looking he found the label and said it would be sent out that day. On the 23rd it still wasn’t tracking called back and spoke to David (manager) who advised FedEx didn’t come on the 22nd so it was being shipped out that day. Here we are Christmas Eve and it’s still not tracking. Called and spoke with an EXTREMELY rude manager Ashley who stated FedEx didn’t come on the 23rd either so it won’t go out til next week. After asking Ashley to confirm they even still have the shoe in her possession, she hung up on me. What type of “management” hangs up on a customer when their store is the store at fault?

This place and location is garbage. Their workers are lazy every time I go in there the service sucks. And when you ask for a size it’s like they don’t even want to go to the back and check or get me the shoe. Fire everyone there and hire People that actually want to work and work with people aswell.

I used to work here, super bad for my mental health so I left. I can go into so much more detail but I’ll be writing a novel. Better off driving an hour to a different JD than going here. You won’t regret it.

Super rude team members working here not helpful at All. I didn’t even ask my question before I was answered with an attitude. I always buy shoes here and usually I don’t care that the service always sucks. This time I went in with my family to buy everyone shoes for vacation and walked out because of the rudeness of your employees.

Horrible customer service. Employees are useless. Asking to try on a shoe is the biggest inconvenience for them as they need to stop the conversations among themseleves or get off their cellphones to actually assist customers. Manager needs to evaluate herself and her employees, learn some basic customer service skills if you choose a job working with the public. Don’t bother telling me to call customer service which is your reply to all negative reviews, instead take that time to hire and pay decent employees. Store won’t last another 6 months.

Bad service the Cashier Rosa Nicolas was horrible at service I won’t ever be wanting to go their again she didn’t even give me my receipt and kept looking at me in a rude and disgust way she should be fired.

Horrible customer service, they don't even say hi, we have to keep looking for them around the store, 1 word answers, faces and actitud, especially when i asked for the shoes on sale. Just because my daughters want an specific par of shoes that isn't on the other stores we stayed there. I bought 2 at the store and we have to order another pair because the size. The only want that was a little better was the cashier lady.

Terrible customer service.how long does a customer need to wait in front of the shoes before someone acknowledges and ask if I need help? It’s not my job to break up staffs conversation to ask for help so I can buy a shoe. Missed out on an easy sale today and this is the 3rd time this has happened at this store.
