One of the worst recent customer experiences I had in a while where the cashier refused to refund me for a pair of shoes that was purchased online using Paypal as a mode of payment even though it was mentioned on the website that I was eligible for a cash refund if I had paid using Paypal.

The worst store and their items never stay long enough I bought a Nike shoes from them and after 35 days The entire shoes got torn Impossible that Nike sell a damaged shoes to that store.

This place and location is garbage. Their workers are lazy every time I go in there the service sucks. And when you ask for a size it’s like they don’t even want to go to the back and check or get me the shoe. Fire everyone there and hire People that actually want to work and work with people aswell.
