Last time I used your service department I had a very good experience. Your service manager Brian was excellent.I had two vehicles there for repairone was scheduled and one unscheduled (emergency) repair Bian handled this fantastically. Took care of the problems keep me updated. Found an unscheduled repair on the truck, made this repair. You have a outstanding service department and a excellent service manager. This is why I've used your service for many years.

Walked in with a plan to see one specific vehicle and Harry was absolutely wonderful to work with. He got me the keys for a test drive, and ran credit for me. I came back in the morning with my husband, and left with the Jeep Wrangler I had been looking for! Thank you for being so efficient and helpful through the entire process!

They were extremely helpful, especially Brian, with researching my warranty and getting me covered for the problem with 2018 Grand Cherokee screen. They scheduled service to accommodate my availability as best as possible and the appointment was on time and quick. Very positive experience.

Unfair pricing. I was charged $18.00 for incidentals for which I was told were rags used during my oil change. Much better service value elsewhere. Customer service rep had me waiting an extra 20 minutes while she conversed with a walk in while my car service was complete and sitting outside the shop. I had others places to be and thought this was extremely rude.

A breath of fresh air when compared to a couple of other Jeep dealerships I visited. Great experience with my purchase. Friendly, low pressure sales staff. Mike Brown to be exact. Excellent inventory. Decent pricing. I recommend this dealership without reservation and I will definitely consider purchasing at Dover in the future.

I previously leased an suv and was uncertain whether to purchase the vehicle or turn it in for another. I got a call from Dover Dodge and set an appt w them to discuss my options. Each person that I dealt with were very respectful and understanding to my needs. I felt no pressure at all and they were able to locate the right vehicle for me for an affordable price. There were no hidden costs at the time of signing the deal. Just a quick run down with the agreed price. Thank you!

Just wanted to give a personal thank you to Mike and Scott for helping me with my trade in and purchase of my new truck. Very genuine and passionate about their work. And various options for financing were explored and met my needs. After the sale a minor setback came up and once again I was reassured by Mike and Scott it would be taken care of immediately, and it was. Thank You again.

Dropped off my Jeep for service fearing the worst (diesel, many won’t touch it). They got it back to me the same day without firing the parts cannon AND got it covered under warranty, WITH a friendly smile. Really nothing but everything you could want from a service department, unless you’re the have a cappuccino on a leather sofa while you wait for your $1000 oil change person. I can’t remember the last time I was treated this well at a dealership, ever, and I was a mechanic in the 90’s. Recommend!

Juan was awesome! He went above and beyond to get my son into his Jeep Compass. We are truly happy with his amazing service. And the dealership was so kind. They closed at 8pm, but stayed until 9:30pm so my son could bring his vehicle home that night.

Jeff Martinez was my Sales Person. Very patient in understanding my needs and not just a typical sales person. He guided me into what fit my lifestyle and day to day car needs . He also broke down all of the cars features and how to use them . Proud owner of a wrangler ! . Ray is also very nice Guy and great personality and makes you feel like family . my family Loves going to This dealership. Other dealerships should take notes.

I needed my radio fixed, and I wanted a stock radio if it needed to be replaced, so I made an appointment and brought my car into their shop. The appointment process was clear and specific, and while I'd hoped to just have my radio fixed, the tech was extremely quick with his response - it needed to be replaced and the parts needed to be ordered. Since he was able to get an answer within five minutes, he waived the normal appointment fee, and said that, since radio replacements are done in under an hour, I could come back whenever I had time (after the radio came in) to get it swapped out.It was a good seven months between my initial appointment and when I brought my car back in (we couldn't afford to fix the radio initially - it was around 475 parts/labor). They honored the same arrangement from months ago, and had the radio ready to go in under twenty minutes.Everyone I dealt with was kind and professional, and I will absolutely be returning should I need service in the future. I may even trade this car in for a newer one at this dealership.
