Horrible customer service. these guys forgot to open the security tag in a jacket i bought from there couple of weeks ago. I didnt notice it before that the tag was still there, today when i tried to wear it i saw the magnet so I went back to the store for their help to open the tag. that store guy asked me for receipt and refused to open the tag. Who knew this could happen so obviously I did not keep the receipt. I offered my credit card by which I bought it, they said they cant check credit card purchase as their machine is not that equiped to do so! ridiculous

My debit card info was stolen after making a purchase here. I can't guarantee it happened here, but this is the only place i stupidly used my debit card. Someone helped themselves to $200 in gas in new york after.

I walked in this location after driving 25 min away came to this store ONLY to buy 9 jeans and they closed the fitting room at 5pm on a Friday. They gave no help no type of customer service. And turned away a big sale. Horrible service then they asked me to put away the jeans i wanted to try on. Lol what a joke

if there was an option I would give no stars because my experience was terrible. The service was terrible I was waiting in line for so long and the lady was like I can finally check you out for mean attitude. When I go to the register the lady was very nasty with me and had a thick accent and when she when she said press the green button it sound like she said press three. Next time you really should think about the type of people you’re hiring because they’re really rude and not nice to me. I will never be coming back to the store because I’m very disappointed with how nasty the people are. From more specifics the lady at the register had a turban in her hair and was Indian.

Very limited variety in the store. Nice sale prices on ladies shoes and sandals.$20 shoes can't beat that!

I had bought a coat from them and wore it a couple times so it did fit. I didn’t feel a need to keep the tags so I threw them out. When I went To go and wear it again the zipper had separated from the coat and did not work anymore. I went to go and return it and, they would not take it back because of it not having the tags. I think They should have given me sore credit because of the poor product.
