Guests can build a bear by adding outfits, sounds, and scents, and level up a gift with a custom voice message. The Record Your Voice feature adds an extra special touch. The store also hosts PAWsome parties before, during, or after hours for birthdays or community events, including a Special Heart ceremony and games. The staff is energized, kind, fun, friendly, attentive, and super sweet, helping with the building process. The atmosphere is fun. While store policy prevents certain sound recordings to protect its main customer base, the overall experience is highly regarded. Prices are considered fairly priced and not absurd, especially for the hands-on experience. It is an amazing place where families will be back.
