Was trying to purchased some items that I wanted but no one ever came to the checkout area for me to pay. Had 4 employees walk past while another one just stared at me while I was waiting for anyone to show up.
Wonder how many sales have been lost due to no one being at the checkout counters or no reaction from employees. Got 2 stars becuase they helped me save money, went to another store and got the same products for a cheaper price.

Stay away from best buy and geeksquad all together. They charge arm and a leg for their protection plan that is useless! At this location geeksquad manager Dave refused to help me with my issue. Completely usless!

This store's customer service sucks! Bought a windows 11 product and they never sent activation code, now on my fifth person that can seem to issue another code, can't speak English, and giving me a runaround. Never again with this store. You sell a product you can't use? Can we just call it what it is? FRAUD

Pleasant and efficient Geek Squad personnel, helped tremendously, extremely grateful, Thank You for a job well done!! Wait time about 10 15 that doesn't matter, personnel were busy and taking care of customers. Otherwise NOT A LONG WAIT,Usually 5 minutes or less , same goes for Best Buy personnel, they're GREAT as well.

They talked me into opening a credit card and every other month they tack on fradulant late charges and make you dispute them. Never shopping at BestBuy again

Time changes everything. This Best Buy used to be one of the best ones. pretty much a lot of things, not in stock. There's nobody there to help you soon to be closed.

Closed the doors they said for an electric outage; however, they had no electric issue. I don't know why they closed the entire store during the day for 2 hours.
