“Went in Monday morning for an alignment and corner balancing after installing coilovers. Mo was super helpful and super friendly when I pulled up to the shop. Explained what was going to be done, asked questions regarding my style of driving and what I was looking for. His team got the car done same day and what a difference. Able to take corners much faster and the car actually feels the same between turning to the left or the right. Very much highly recommend the shop and will definitely be returning in the future.”

“I always come here for my oil changes and get the multipoint inspection with it. Even though I do a lot of my own car work it keeps me ahead of things since I can't easily inspect as well as these guys can! Great communication, best price anywhere especially with a coupon, and they're always accommodating and informative even when they're working on parts I've done some work on.”

“My husband noticed that the passenger side rear tire was low, (after driving all the way to New York, from Cleveland to pick me up at the Greyhound bus station, so we needed a hotel room til morning) and he had been having troubles keeping the tire inflated, had even used fix-a-flat in the tire days before. We decided to find a place to get the tire checked out, and see if the tire had a slow leak. The gentleman that assisted us was so nice and helpful, he inflated the tire, sprayed the tire down to try and find the leak, he even jacked the truck up, took the tire off, and sprayed it down again, but found no leak. So, after all his efforts, my husband gave him $10 dollars anyway. We were not confident that the tire wouldn't get low again, so we checked it twice, before making our way back to Cleveland. We made 3 stops on our way to Cleveland, continuing to check the tire, and it stayed perfectly inflated! So, even though not much was done, all his efforts, and the fact that we were not charged for his time or efforts, we would Highly recommend HD Auto Service & Repair for any and all of your auto repair problems, cause they will go out of their way to try and fix the problem... You won't be disappointed!!

“Called local shop in town that usually has older cars out front to see if they could press axle bearings on for my old Dodge. Brought them in next morning, 3 days later they hadn't been touched. Brought them to Mike, in 2 hours they were done. Very meticulous, when someone wraps rags with rubber bands around bearings to keep dirt out, you know they care about their work. Definetely recommend Mike to anyone that asks.”

“I have brought my car ALL over. From mavis to the dealership I bought my car from. I needed an oil change and didn't have time to set up an appointment at my dealership. I called Jiffy Lube and they said bring it in. There was NO wait. They took my car right in and even brought my carbon filter out so I can see how NASTY it was. Like I said I have brought my car to the dealership where I bought my car from and they overlooked my carbon filter every time. I will be bringing my car here from now on. They are trustworthy which is hard to find now a days! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”
