Our review is literally verbatim as jmb3568's review. We are still fighting for a $155 refund on a returned watch that we paid a restocking fee for! So we had to pay to return it. We were in the store for 4 hours changing our plan to FirstNet and now I'm not fully convinced they didn't infringe on our privacy when they were using their phones to take photos of our IDs instead of the designated iPads that "weren't working". Do not go to this store because corporate does not have your back when you have an issue. I get nothing but the runaround. I've been an ATT customer for 30 years. I'm completely disgusted.

Today I went to the store in Rockaway mall for help with my phone and received so much more! Cristina Pena was too kind to help me and even got me a discount for the place I work that I didn't know about! I am very grateful to her who made my experience very pleasant ☺️

do not go here. they just blatantly lie to you and get away with it. my husband and i walked in here last summer looking to upgrade his phone and combine our plans. he is not only a veteran and first responder, but we have over 20+ years of being AT&T customers. we were immediately pushed to sign up for the new FirstNet promo that was happening for $110 for 2 lines (and supposedly an apple watch) we were told by the sales rep that the watch was free. yes, FREE. to my complete skepticism, i asked no less than 10 times - what? are you sure? nothing is free... i dont even want the watch... to which he replied "why not, its free". he literally spent the next 5-10 minutes convincing me to get the watch. then i asked again... so for $110 we get 2 lines and the watch? he said yes over and over and over.great! we moved forward - well since then, our bills have been as follows:$318$168$102 (after i complained 3 times a week for 2 months we got a 1 time rebate of $25 dollars and he told me he got our bill to the $110 we were told)$161CLEARLY - SOMETHING IS WRONG HERE. not only am i paying for the watch (it has its own line and section on our bill) after incessantly calling and complaining, now i am told i can just "return the watch" (yes - now the solution is to return the free watch that was included in our FirstNet) OKso i returned the watch.. that still has yet to come off of the bill. and even when it does, the bill will still not be the $110 we were sold... and what about all the extra money and fees we have paid for it?? they have been lying for months saying a credit its coming and then everytime i call its a different story. they dont even remember what they told me the previous conversation. then last time they had the nerve to say "well those are the fees associated with switching over..." excuse me!?!! $318 DOLLARS to combine 2 previous ATT lines???? i have never in my life been deceived and lied to by a company with zero repercussions. we were promised a credit which clearly is not coming for the hundreds of extra dollars ATT took from us in the past 4 months. thats how they treat their veterans and first responders!

We were immediately greeted by Andrew and Joel when we got to the store, I had ordered a phone online and could not get it to work or activate whatsoever but Joel and Andrew made it their mission to make sure I walk out with service on my phone, Those guys are TRULY assets to the company!!

Not at all happy with the service here. I walked in with an appointment & the employees were sitting down, behind glass??, and simply seemed bothered that I was there. I was going to upgrade my phone, which they didn’t have, so they told me to go to the Apple Store & they would help me. What they forgot to tell me is that my nextup that I pay for wouldn’t be honored at the Apple Store.

Christina at the AT&T store was amazing! Very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend her. She took care of all my needs and requests in a timely manner and efficiently. I will be back!

Cristina you honestly chose the wrong career ,customer service is definitely not for you. Im normally the kind of guy that doesn’t take things personal and specially would never write a review complaining about something cause I just consider it a waste of time. Anyways, I won’t get into specific details (like for example you avoid eye contact the whole conversation )cause your managers probably alredy know how you threat costumers, but next time please try to work on your personal issues before your shift starts.
