This crew is truly amazing! They were not only professional but also considerate and understanding. They made the process efficient and easy, and they don’t charge an arm and a leg for their amazing services either. Between bouncing around as a child, moving posts and deployments in the military and moving for work I have changed homes a great number of times in my life. Arrow moving was far and away the best experience I have ever had with a moving company. They are extremely polite, friendly, hard working and reliable.I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to move.

Excellent moving company. I used them in a cross town move. Extremely reasonably priced and the movers did an great job of disassembling and reassembling 2 queen frames, 2 dressers, 2 sofas, and a host of other furniture.Would definitely use Scott and this company again

I highly recommend using Arrow Moving for your next move. My move was great from the initial contact with Scott (owner) to his crew on moving day. Scott was very accomodating with my date changes and when my day arrived, Scott's crew were prompt, efficient, FUN, professional, courteous and were willing to go above and beyond. I had a beast of a couch to get into a front door and they did it with ease and smiles on their faces. I've been through quite a few moves and Arrow was the first moving company that I've used that made the entire process stress- free. Given their demonstrated experience, I had no worries that my belongings would be taken care of from start to finish. We will hands down hire Arrow again for any future moves.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I didn't even hire them, and it's the most unprofessional experience I've had with any service! This company was at my apartment building moving someone out. They nearly blocked the entrance to our parking garage and completely blocked the door from the garage into the building with furniture. I had to push furniture aside to get in. As they were moving something into the truck, I called out to them, saying they cannot block that entrance. Both Scott (who appears to be the OWNER of the company) and a much older gentleman completely ignored me. I repeated again and said I knew they could hear me. Scott looked up and said "What do you want me to do?! I'm in the middle of something!" and waved me off. I angrily told them to stop blocking the driveway and the doors, to which Scott replied like a child for me to "call his boss" (presumably because he owns the company). I actually did try calling the number on the side of the truck, and it's a bogus number. I cannot believe someone who owns their own business would be willing to represent themselves so poorly. There are movers everywhere; use someone else.

The whole process from the initial call with the estimate, accommodated my time schedule, was timely, movers were very friendly and professional, and was very satisfied with the end result! Will continue to recommend Arrow Moving Company!

I am so happy to have been able to find such a professional moving company. I will recommend them anytime! . They were on time , knew what they were doing and cautious with my belongings.
