Went in to buy a Apple Watch Ultra had a super helpful employee he then was showing me the bands to see which size fit best while figuring out which band fit my wrist best he asked if I wouldn’t mind if he checked a customer 3 feet away ofc no problem a rude lady named Cheyenne came infront of my face and slammed the draw shut I asked her what’s the problem? And she’s acting like I’m going to steal are you serious I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a minority but that’s not how you treat customers I have just about ever Apple product from Vision Pros to MacBook Pro to iPhone and ultra watch I then asked for manager and all she said is I’ll take your feedback with a smug face all while the rude lady stared at me from a few feet awayIn conclusion if you want to be treated poorly go here

I bought my phone less than 6 months ago, I had not 1 but 3 issues with it and they did nothing to resolve any of the issues. My phone has been freezing, kicking me out of appd and going blank (not turning off), getting hot at the most random times not to mention others not hearing me on a phone call. Genius Bar found nothing wrong with my phone. He told me to try and call my carrier and update my software. Excuse me maybe they can do something about others not hearing me, just maybe but what about my other issues. I’ve been through phones with apple because once a new phone comes out for some reason my previous phone starts acting up. My phone is less than 6 months old, I should not be experiencing any of these issues. They are definitely not about customer service just about getting you to buy a new phone. What a waste of time

I had a great experience yesterday at the Apple Store in Rockaway. My work/personal laptop battery needed repair. Alex provided great service and hooked me up with the business team and we discussed the cost of repair vs purchasing a new one and what makes the most sense/saves the most money.Then on the way out, my kids were given free kids t-shirts. Super nice and just good vibes all around. Especially for a Sunday morning. Love that we are so close to this store.

Good customer service from the staff, but the store manager was inattentive and saw me waiting for over an hour and did not care to interact or ask if I was being helped.

Went for a battery replacement. The employees were very professional until I had to deal with store manager Tom. He was very nasty, rude and got very nasty with me basically yelling that the system has been down for 2 hours and he can’t help me. I asked what do I pay for Apple care for? He said paying for Apple care is not guaranteed for repairs. Once I was told that, I pulled out my phone and started recording the conversation because I knew what he was saying wasn’t true. I’ve basically been paying for Apple care for nothing. I ask when can I come back? He said he doesn’t know. Just tell me you don’t want to replace my phone because it’s the 11 pro and you rather me upgrade. Once he seen me recording, he demanded I delete the video or he has security remove me. I told him I just want my battery replaced, and security came and asked me to leave. Making a complaint with cooperate along with the recordings.

Walked in. Made an appointment with the employee at the door. Needed to wait 20 minutes for the appointment. No big deal, so we browsed the products. The store was crowded. The security guard followed us the whole time. She didn’t follow anyone else. We sat down after browsing and waited for the appointment to start. It started to get late. I stayed sitting while my partner got up to inquire about the appointment time passing. The security guard followed him to the other side of the store as he talked to an employee. We had to wait another 20 minutes. The security guard spent 50% of her time on her phone and the other 50% watching us out of the 30 people that were in the store. We had no bags with us, and we weren’t doing anything, except for browsing the devices that had security devices attached to them and waiting for our appointment. All normal customer stuff. Really bizarre experience and I ended up not buying a laptop because I felt so uncomfortable. Won’t be visiting this place again. I also see that Apple doesn’t reply to any of the negative reviews so I doubt this behavior will ever get addressed.
