Arrived to pick up my pain medication only to find out that they didn’t have any in stock. They never called or texted, something you would think would be easy in this 21st century. No assistance in trying to locate the medication at another ShopRite pharmacy. These people were totally oblivious to the fact that some people need their medications to function. Will NEVER use them again.

I love this ShopRite! The staff are always friendly and nice. Lots of parking available. I always buy fresh seafood, and never any problems with freshness. I love the music they play in there also

This is my go to store for most of my weekend shopping. Most of the checkout counters will be open and staffed. It makes it easier to complete the billing and walk out. The south has always been helpful to find what we need or to check if they have the item in question in stock behind the store. I regularly buy from seafood from here and they always listen to what the customers need. Good place to shop.

Kevin in the pharmacy was so incredibly rude to me. So unprofessional! As a medical professional who calls I’m scripts to this very pharmacy I find this disturbing. And I was very nice to him untill the end!

Morale at this store must be low because the employees are unfriendly and impolite, and in the case of the woman who works customer service on Tuesday at 8:30 am RUDE.I am glad I have so many other shopping options in the area.Please, thank you and a smile are free.

I stop in this Shoprite when I'm in the area during the work week. It's a pretty good store. Produce and ready-made food are good. This Shoprite is open 24/7, which is a good option to have. Note: If you prefer to self-checkout though, they don't have that there.

Terrible customer service. I spoke to store general manager about an issue I had a month earlier when I was last in his store. Manager asked me why did I waited a month. I told him I don't go to ShopRite that often. He then told he he wouldn't help me and walked away. Simply terrible.PS I spoke with the same manager months ago about ShopRite selling expired yogurt on their shelves. I should have learned ShopRite cares more about selling and less about their customers.

Front desk person and pharmacist who is working today February 17, 2022. are rude to customers. They are both loud and unprofessional. The person who runs thus pharmacy should train staff better to provide customers with a pleasant experienceI will be going to a owners own pharmacy from now on. Chain pharmacies have become the worse.

we order my daughters birthday cake from here for several years but this year it was like, REALLY GOOD! we ordered a sheet cake for 20, chocolate cake with chocolate frosting with fresh bananas and chocolate pudding inside. oh em geeeee was it a hit!! everyone loved it! I am not a cake person but it was bomb! and not to mention I put the order in at 9 pm the night before! thank you so much for an awesome dessert !

I must say that I go there often and for every time the experience is quite the same! People there care and make sure of your for satisfaction. Occasionally you find a new employee that will seem not as patient or may be on the careless side, but all the senior employee defenetly make up for it!!

This shop rite is great - 24 hour liquor store is fantastic, especially when you're traveling. They only had my favorite vodka in a 1.75 liter, but that just means I'll get to have it next year too. We were able to find everything we were looking for at fair prices. The checkout system is a little confusing with only 1 line for the first 6 lanes, but we figured it out quickly
