“Spoke to someone in upper Management by the name of Ashley. She was very helpful. I still don’t think they need to be increasing the monthly amount by so much and so often, but I will make sure to call them to each time to try and negotiate the increases.
I still stand firm in my previous statement but I will give 4 stars now instead of 1 star only based on my experience with Ashley.

The increases are INSANE!! I got my storage unit here in the summer of 2022 for $174 they increased the price within a few months to over $200. The last increase went from $271 to $331, a $60 increase is absolutely insane!! This place is a RIPOFF! I put my stuff here because $174 was a good deal but $331 is just crazy!! AVOID THIS SCAM!!!”
