    Farmers Insurance - Edmund Lazzara is doing a great job, i am sure its not easy to deal with inexperienced drivers like me. great communication, everything goes so fast and smooth. 4 stars.

    Worst customer service ever. Made up false dates to make me look bad towards new company I was moving too. I was moving to new company because Ed promised that he was going to get me better rates and then never followed through. Don't do it. They might have great commercials but they serve needs work.

    Very rude and nasty. I dealt with Maria Gonzales, and she gave me nothing but attitude. Do not recommend.
