It’s simple. I come for a burrito bowl. I get my bowl and I go eat it. Then as I’m chewing I’m just constantly spitting out uncooked rice. I would assume it’s gotta be cooked because who would mess up rice. But then I ask myself why is the rice so hard. Feel like I’m gonna break a tooth. I’m not done. They got 6 people standing around as 1 or 2 people make food. They just watch or call out numbers. People are so lazy. Yall ain’t worth a penny an hour. In fact Yall should pay Wawa to work there.

Never coming back to any Wawa store. I been coming here since they open but lately everything is getting worse since they had that white dude with glasses “the manager” most of the beverages are out of stock and food quality is getting worse. Even the soda machine doesn’t have no ice. I suggest everyone to go somewhere else

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Wawa store. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue politely, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful. This experience has left me very dissatisfied with Wawa’s customer service. I hope the company addresses this issue to prevent future customers from facing similar treatment

I recently purchased a charger from this store, and it turned out to be defective. When I went the same moment to the store to return or exchange it, the manager refused to help, citing unclear return policies. This has been a frustrating experience, and I am disappointed with the lack of support from the store. I would not recommend shopping here based on my experience.

Beware getting gas here. I asked for $40 cash. The women pumped the gas I give her the 40$ and say thank you. She takes it and leaves. I turn to check the pump to see it was only 38.01 and she didn’t come back with my change or even say she was getting it. I waited and waited she never came back. I had to flag her down and ask for my change. She had every intention to not give me change. She didn’t ring up the transaction until after I flagged her down. She didn’t even say sorry or that it was a misunderstanding. Yeah it’s only 2$ but I imagine she is doing this to a lot of people who aren’t paying attention or can’t see the pump well. I would use caution if using a credit card here!

cashier and other employees are nice and helpful. store is well stocked and clean. the parking lot here is very busy and it's not easy to get in or out of this lot most of the time.
Parking: this parking lot is often too bush making it hard to get in and out of lot
