We switched after rite aid closed and have had every rx messed up significantly. They had to file a report because I was given the wrong rx that was “external use only” with directions to apply internally. They have cancelled rxs they deemed too expensive without contacting us and took days of calls to figure out what was going on. They have said rxs were pending for days, and then when we call they say they only have part of it. We have also had to hound them for the rest of it on time. Officially done. Onto CVS.

Have used this pharmacy consistently since 2016, but today will be my last trip there. Had a Covid/Flu vaccine appointment for myself and a Covid appointment for my daughter last Saturday. The staff was unable to get the insurance to process , which was not their fault. After 30 minutes, I checked the insurance website and there was an issue with the site, which I made the staff aware of. The pharmacist on duty told me they would honor my appointment for a different time once the system was back up and running. Never received a call back. I called later that afternoon, when the site was back up, but they were still having issues on their end. They told me they would keep trying and call me back. No call ever came, and they still had my insurance and vaccination cards in the store. I called today (Monday) for an update, and the staff member who answered the phone told me I would have to call my insurance company to make sure it was covered (which I knew it was), and I had to repeat the events of Saturday to her 3 times before she said she would try to process to see if it would finally go through. Once she finally processed, she said they didn't have any vaccinations in stock for my daughter. She put me on hold again to find out when they would have more for a child, and then said the shipment would be in tomorrow, but they are short staffed, so I could have to wait hours, even though I was specifically told by the pharmacist on Saturday that they would honor my appointment. I asked for appointments later in the week, she put me on hold again and that's when the head pharmacist came on the phone and started yelling at me for being busy and having no appointments. I repeatedly told her that I understand that she is busy, but I was told they would honor my appointment and already waited 2 days for communication that never happened. I gave up and said I would go elsewhere, and told them I would be there to get my insurance/vaccination cards that were never given back to me, to which I was told they would be at the drive thru. When I got to the drive thru, I waited 11 minutes before anyone even came to the window to help me. 2 cars behind me decided not to wait. When the pharmacist did come to help me, she hung up the phone before I could even finish what I was there for, threw my cards in the drawer and walked away. Shame on Walgreens for not providing their employees with enough customer support training, and there is absolutely no reason why that Walgreens should be "short staffed." I will not spend another dime at Walgreens.

This Walgreens is close to my house and in the future I will go out of my way to not use this pharmacy. They make constant errors. Slow and rude.

There were no response at Drive through after waiting 15 minutes, when I came in store to pick up meds I see other staff members in store were available still was waiting for 5-10 minutes, then pharmacy technician is saying to wait 15 more minutes to pick up meds. When I dropped off script, I was being told it will take 15 minutes to pick up meds. It’s already 1 hour still waiting in store .Would never come back here

highly incompetent Pharmacy personnel,I had called for a drug price for an important medication and they pulled out an prescription from a mail order delivery from my mail order home delivery pharmacy that was on route to me which canceled the order of much needed medicine(insulin) because they prescription they pulled could not be replaced for 2-3 days which put me into a difficult position on getting my Meds on time, I had to recontact my Dr. for a new mail order prescription for the removed one to try to get my Meds. ASAP. All i did was call for an over the counter Meds price I didnt authorize anyone to remove any existing prescription that was already in progress and therefore canceled it because prescription was removed by walgreens Rte 33 store , and in effect told them not to fill or remove any prescription from my online mail order Pharmacy and they did it anyway without even thinking of consulting me beforehand. At this point im struggling to work with my doctor and my online mail order pharmacy to get these meds. back on the original date of delivery which may not be possible.

This absolutely horrendous service and took way too long. We had booked our Covid test appointment way in advance and had filled out all our information yet the staff proceeded to take more than 40 minutes for the whole process and we could visibly see them taking their sweet time. It was extremely frustrating.

Whenever I come to this Walgreens I always look for squishmallows and when I came in today their were 2 yellow bee ones and me and my friend were planning on buying them but the lady in front of us bought it for us made our day thank you Walgreens ❤️?❣️

Excellent Excellent customer service from Christian a young man on 3/14/21. He was so helpful and concerned. Every questions that I asked he found the solution. It is very rare to find a store associate that takes pride in his job. (This was a phone call)

Pharmacy is a mess. My Doctor will out in an order and it will take days for them to see it and hours to fill at after they do find it.

Impossible to stop their constant bombardment of advertisements. Even at 5:45 in the morning, and all through the rest of the day, sometimes twice a day. Do not sign up with them you will regret it.

I have never picked up a prescription and not waited at least 20 minutes.They never have it ready even though they text and say its ready.The store is always empty, so its not that they're busy.

I really enjoy coming to this store. The service is always great. The staff is amazing and Beth was great. She really went above and beyond to help me and followed through what she said she would do. I wish more Walgreens were as pleasant as this one was.

FYI this store is not enforcing mask wearing. Witnessed 3 individuals, one of them an employee, without masks during one 15 minute visit. Will no longer be using this store if they do not take COVID precautions seriously.

Great experience. I had a coupon that wasn't working that definitely affected the price on my purchase. I believe the girl who rang me up was named Victoria (hope it got this right), but she took the extra time to figure out how to get it applied and saved me a lot of money. Much appreciated, great job!
