“This is the second time I have brought my car to the service repair shop. Don’t let the name fool you AAMCO is not just transmissions. They replaced my active grill shutter ,rotated My tires ,changed my oil, Check my brakes and did a diagnostic on my car. and they were extremely affordable. Affordability, honest people, and pleasant to work with what else can you ask for?
Won’t find a more honest person than the owner Mark. I cannot say enough good things about the quality and care he puts into his business. Unfortunately, for them, he just taken ownership of this business from a previous owner, who did not have such great reviews. He was probably just the opposite of Mark & his team. they’re trying to build this business under new management. But people still look at those previous reviews and think that means them. It’s not and I am spreading the word.
Well, I can tell you I don’t lie. I don’t like liars either. It’s very rare, at least for me 62 years old, to find an honest mechanic nowadays, let alone an honest owner of a mechanic shop!
The easiest people to speak with These people listen to me allowed me to voice my concerns that I have with my vehicle. I went to a big known name dealer, actually the fact it was Chevrolet. You know the kind with the nice fancy huge garages and beautiful lights and glass everywhere really pretty. My experience building was nice. The employees, not so much, enough said.
This Family owned company who gives me a diagnostic for free! Compared to this conglomerate of a company Chevrolet who makes money from selling even just one car let alone several cars took $190 diagnostics.

The mechanic Paul, at AAMCO found the issue took care of it. I would rather support a mom and Pop shop over a conglomerate company any day of week.
I live now in South Carolina and when I come to visit my family here in Jersey, I told Mark the owner of AAMCO, you got me as a permanent customer and I will spread the word. Remind me of the 70s, when you could trust your local mechanic.
